• use the bathroom once before bed (esp if you had smth to drink that way u don’t have to get up in the middle of the night) 🚽

Pls do a asmr video using some of those yellow sponges but like wet. Cause its more tingly with some other triggers like mick brushing with some shaving cream and makeup brush to mix it up. Etc 💗

Jesus, I’ve seen many of his videos & they’ve all been very relaxing. But this one has me in a hypnotic state with his soft voice, his beautiful blue eyes & the new blond hair. hey dennis! you’ll probably never see this but just in case I’d like to tell you thank you SO much im 17 and I’ve had HORRIBLE insomnia for a very very long time and it really effected my life so i tried melatonin pills, black out curtains, etc and asmr but it didn’t do it till i found one of your videos and within the first 3 minutes i fell asleep at 9:00 pm and ever since it’s become part of my night routine!!
