    Thanks for highlighting this Gash. It's fantastic! I've seen online where some have said they bought some kind of dried oat extract from a brew shop but I gather that stuff wasn't made for brewing...not converted. Looks like it never caught on [aussiehomebrewer has some VERY short threads on DOE from 2010 and 2017]. So from what you're saying this would be the first time it's being made specifically for brewing, which is an outstanding achievement! Would love to get my hands on some. Excellent video.     Hello Gash, I know it's not pertaining to the content today, but I'm planning on doing a double batch of the Mangrove Jack's NZ pilsner, (about 45 litres).
    I have two pouches of LME and 500 grams of dextrose, would you personally use two pouches or 1 pouch and dextrose.
    Fermenting with Novalager yeast thanks in advance

      For a pils I'd use the dex and lme, rather than all lme, just to try and get the FG down a touch lower and not so sweet, Cheers!

      If you like yes, in the boil, fermenter, the same as light dry malt or sugar. Cheers!
