Dr. Ekberg I agree. Eating right is important! I'm trying to learn what my body needs an improve what is eaten! Thank you for all you do! My problem, if it's a problem is I prefer not to eat! When I do eat I want something that helps the body. I don't eat fast food from restaurants. I eat what I can call fast food but it's because it's made fast! I think I'm going to try to use my olive oil. Dr Gundry recommends it and he's a heart doctor! 😊 Love you doctor! Pray that all is well with you and yours! 🙏🏻🤗

One of the MOST IMPORTANT & TOTALLY TRUTHFUL takes on the problems that manifest themselves under the corporofascist model where everything is about profit & nothing is about a CURE. legal drug dealers is all Big Pharma are... and when we look at health what we really need to understand is that you need a NUTRITION HEALTH & FITNESS WAY OF LIFE... something that brings your body into metabolic balance & keeps it there while keeping you healthy fit enjoying eating & HAPPY.... yet it is exactly that approach which is censored & demonized by the lamestream media. Thanks Dr Ekberg... I appreciate all the valuable info you provide & since you don't take money orders maybe I can get down to Georgia & buy the electrolytes you created in person... my plan sometime in the next few months is to get some EDTA Chelation Therapy & take that on an empty stomach when I wake in the morning, not eat until a min of 4 hrs later & then in the evening when I would take my reg OMAD take electrolytes & Amino Acids with my meal if I haven't eaten by then. After the EDTA runs out I then intend on a prolonged FAST after a few weeks of super clean refeed eating post the EDTA treatments... then its back to my reg OMAD. So in order to make that happens I have to get some of your Euvexia euLyte for sure- if anyone can be trusted viz SUPPLEMENTS that are what they say they are & nothing else- it's Dr. Ekberg! Appreciate you!

Sir, in the past couple of decades I have gotten into olive oil.. I would really like to know where you got olive oil at "under $20 for 2 L". It doesn't exist in the world I live in.
You've got to realize that most "olive oil" is junk, and you need to be VERY wary of it. Alot of it is not even pure olive oil. A lot of it is so old it is crap
I am not trying to push a particular brand, but do this. Get a bottle of California Olive Ranch 100 percent. Put some in your mouth, roll it around. It will be a pleasure. It will taste like a new mowen lawn smells
Do the same thing with that plastic bottle from the supermarket. You will be embarrassed. You will want to spit it out. It is garbage. Italian olive oil companies are fraudsters, much of the time it isn't even pure olive oil.
      It is sold by mafias
I can see WHY Americans don't eat olive oil
Just bought 2L for $42. I would value knowing how I can do better , as I haven't seen that
Btw, I really do value your vids

Prior to 2021 I was eating, oats, wholemeal bread made with organic wheat which I ground in a wondermill .
In 2022 I had a stroke I was 9 1/2 stone walking twice a day. I had been seeing Dr Bergs videos, then came across Sten's videos explaining that for someone with hereditary typ2 diabetes that I should be on a low to zero carb diet with fasting.
At 79 I have recovered from the stroke by exercise and diet, I am relearning guitar from scratch since Feb 23 my brain works better, I can play several classical pieces, and just this week started HIit exercise routine for over 60's these guys have given me my life back to some years past I feel great, I use a bottle of extra virgin olive oil a week, a small amount of rye bread with my boiled eggs for breakfast 3 or 4 soft boiled, lots of west country butter, still walking my dog twice a day living the dream, people say I'm lucky, no I made choices, no sugar, chocolate, puddings, cakes, potatoes, starchy foods of any kind, I sleep like a baby get up early to take my walk and do the hiit exercises, then shower and breakfast, supper at 5 only two meals a day no snacks, it is hard but the alternative is another stroke and death.
So many of my old army comrades, work colleagues, and family members are gone, but due to not smoking, drinking alcohol, eating sugar in it's many guises I'm lucky to be here, no I study what these guys put on line and have made sacrifices over the last 50 odd years that enabled me to nurse and care for my late wife until she died in 2018 after suffering a poor heart for many years due to genitics and early lack of diagnosis.
Believe these men they speak pearls of wisdom, having good health late in life is not luck, it's hard work and sacrifices.

I'm sorry about your wife, and I'm glad you recovered and are in good health, but isn't life just luck or lack there of? There are healthy people that exercise and do everything right but then drop dead right, so there are no guarantees, I do agree though that doing some of these things sometimes is good and may reduce the risk

I agree being older and healthy is not luck, it's a choice. I do sometimes wish I could eat or drink the things I used to but my choice is to be drug free at 69. And I wear glasses only to drive.
EVA is part of my daily routine. In the UK I get Kalamata EVA the best in the world for £4 at Aldi, when they haven't got this I get Italian Puglia. Crop date and number on a dark glass bottle so the real deal.

It's surprising how many people don't want to know WHY about things, especially ill health.
They just want a solution, most often a pill so they don't have to change their lifestyle. (Ozempic for example)
I think this is why most Dr's get jaded when patients don't listen to advice so just issue the med prescriptions.

Additionally your level of detail in the biological explanations are spot on, at least for me, and also consistent across all your videos and always reaffirming the same key messages. Thank you

57 here and also feeling best ever. Lost just from 83kg to 64kg. Why not if you know the tool and I have never had much of muscle anyways? I was just working on 100 days water fasting but that is just a form of keto diet where body eats itself. Remember take all the electrolytes in case you will try it. Sea salt is practically free but magnesium and calsium and potassium must be separately adjusted. Do not buy the electrolyte supplements containing sea salt. It highly surprising how efficent human body is morphing things to other things. At the second half of that fasting tenure I got my brains back too and was able to do computer programming. What happens next? Olive oil applications of course. I would love to consume mayo but it is so packed with energy it should be calculated very carefully. I once made the mistake to turn into mayo without recognizing how much there is energy. So maybe better idea is learn to compile some olive oil/vinegar sauces on some green leaves around boiled eggs.

    Hello Dr. Ekberg,
I would like to thank you for all the videos you post on UA-cam. I have watched almost all of them and became a big fan! I came across them a couple of months ago when I was searching for natural remedy for a heartburn. I am 59 years old and had been taking Esomeprazole Magnesium everyday for the past 20 years! I stopped taking it since I watched your video. I have started taking apple cider vinegar before every meal since then. My wife and I have eliminated starchy food like rice, bread, anything with added sugar and fast food from our diet for the last two months. It was very difficult the first couple of weeks. I can’t believe my heartburn is completely gone! We replaced the starch food with cabbage, lettuce and cauliflower mostly and only use EVOO now. I can’t believe how much better we feel and have a clear mind. My wife doesn’t even have any migraine headage anymore! I am 5’10” and was 178 lbs. I am 157 lbs. now after two months! Thanks to you Dr.!

      @kiltedsasquatch3693 Рік тому +2

@@angelathompsonmack3583 The difference between a Herb and a Spice can send some culinary masters into a heated debate. But in general, a Herb (pronounced with a hard H, as in the name Herbert) is the Leafy part of a plant, and a Spice is derived from the seed. There are some spices which are in the gray area that are neither, such as Cinnamon, which comes from Bark. However, when it comes to Garlic, the clove is what reproduces the plant, hence it is the seed, making Garlic a Spice.
Garlic Scapes are a different story, since they are part of the leaf system leading up to the flower. Scapes are great and I use them in cooking quite often; excellent in soups or sautéed in butter like a garlicy tender green bean. So the answer is Garlic is both a Spice and a Herb, depending which part is used.
