Merci thanks you from morocco
Thanks for watching!
Mines doing this right now and it’s a brand new l1800
Inks can get dry fast if the room temp is not good. To cold or to hot is not good.
Thanks Bro. Saludos from Oaxaca, México.
No problem, dale.

I need a small help I am using Epson L1800 as DTF having a small issue when only yellow is printed on that black ghost lines are coming
Try to clean you printhead underneath and wiper. Check dampers, do nozzle check and print something yellow like a sun design to see if black continue to show. Is probably you head need a replacement if that happen.
Hi, how often we need to do flushing ?
Every time you want to change ink brand, go to vacation or have clogs in the lines, that's for flushing.
Maintenance on printhead is recommended every day for the white ink. That's why is important to do nozzle check to see what channel need maintenance.
Great vedio, I have a problem after converting to dtf that the head of my l1800 moving but no ink come out on the film ! Any suggestions, thanks
Verify that ink tank is open, cartridges have ink in it, and the head is not clog.
Is possible your print head is clog, for that you need to use cleaning solution.
Check your print margin settings if you're using Acrorip.
Very helpful ❤️👍
Thanks
After cleaning the printhead, the print out is still completely blank. What could be the issue?
Do ink charge or a few regular cleaning cycle to bring ink to the head.
How can I manually loosen the carrier if I already undid power??
When you turn on the printer once the print head move to the left side cut the power, that makes the head loose.
Which head is best & why 4720 or i3200???
Both are good heads for dual head printers, 4720 less expensive than i32. On this video is just a regular head for L1800.
Hi. Currently i am having fading color issue. I took out the printhead and clean it. But the issue is still there. What could be the matter?
if you clean it with solution maybe still inside the nozzle. Try to clean with distilled water only.
Sir, Does giving stroke with solution in nozzel damages head or creates head leaking problem ?
If is cleaning solution for epson print head no.
Great...
good
How do you unlock the cartridge carriage? Mine is locked at the left side of the printer and cant seem to move it. So it is impossible for me to remove the parts.
When you turn on the printer and head start to move, disconnect the power cord and the head will be lose and able to move so you can take out or do maintenance.
what is cleaning solution? thinner?
Cleaning solution is liquid made to destroy and unclog dry inks in the nozzles.
@@KingdomDTF i did same process but ink is not coming
Cleaning the outside will just make it look clean but will offer no improvement if you have clogging issues. The clog is usually inside the head. Sometimes, it's in the manifold. Sometimes, in the dampers. I also see no test result showing improvement in white ink in this video.
The video was to show people how to clean it underneath and remove the gum if they remove the head, some people don't remove the head and they just use a cloth a way they can and move head right and left without knowing they are scratching the head.
Also good tips.
Hello, I am currently facing a problem with the Syringe method for my white ink. The ink doesn't seem to move from the damper to the syringe and there was a lot of resistance when I pull on the syringe. I tried your method but the problem still persist, do you have any idea how can I solve my issue?
Need to check that the nozzle or the lines is not clog. I recommend changing the damper if is damage.
@@KingdomDTF I changed the dampers and it printed fine for a few days. I am facing the problem again.... Could it be the quality of the ink causing the damper to clog up all the time?
How often should you do this process ?
You need to keep an eye on the prints. If you print a lot 1 per week could be ok. Doing maintenance is important to keep printer running good.
Is this printhead R1390? Also, is DTF ink thinner than DTG ink, so the head gets clogged less frequently?
Correct, but is recommended anyway to do maintenance. The printhead can work for 1390, l1800 and other similar models.
Can alcohol be used to clean it? What's the solution made of?
Solutions are made different depending on the brand.
What can I do if my head is clogged, the colors come out but they don't come out smoothly?
Clean with cleaning solution, but if is to clog then is better a new print head.
I’ve heard this is a major problem , how long can you run it efficiently before this happens ?
It will depends, any head can get like that with dry inks. The important is to clean once you see is happening.
I got mines in May and Sept I started having issues.... I ran printer alot. They said in needed new print head. And waste pump. After buyingbi realized u can clean then. tech support acted as if it was damaged smh i spent an unnecessary $300 bucks smh.
@@karimfletcher4092 daym😢😢😢 I wanna buy this but think that's the tricky part, print head games
what's the problem with my printer because its head is moving but no ink comes out, my printhead is brand-new my printer is Epson L1800
Verify the settings of the software. Also make sure you prime first the dampers and do an ink charge so the head get ink for the first time.
Hi I am from India
Hi rajeh i have the same problem, how i can contact you?
You still don’t need to take the print head folks!!!
Just put a good paper towel under it with printhead solution and clean it back and forth you never have to take it out unless you really have too
That’s another video I have. This is for when dry ink build under print head and you need to take out and a simple paper towel will not do.
