I hate that the 'formula' for turkey hunts on hunting TV is usually 4 or 5 turkey kills in one episode and each just a few minutes long. THP has nailed the storytelling aspect of turkey hunting and we need more of it.

Ok so this had to be one of my favorite hunts of all time! By the looks of the thumbnail I was sure he got away somehow, even after Warb's first shot I'm thinking he must have gotten away. Love seeing the perseverance through tough hunting conditions as well. CONGRATS ON A JOB WELL DONE.

The tactics used here were spot on, and I appreciate the fact that some areas quitting time is noon or so. Great to know that most birds will stick around if pressure is minimal. Have yet to be real enthusiastic about turkey hunting, but watching these videos may just change that. Love what ya'll are doing ❤️
These videos changed me and I feel they helped me get birds the last two years. Season starts for me next week. Fingers crossed

here's some cool info for you guys you said how you liked all the harvest questions when you call in. well in illinois they started a bow hunter survey that goes through October and November and you do report all animals and how many you see. you can add info you see fit as well. it's compeltly optional to participate. but I find it really fun to do and any info talky helps them out. congrats on your illinois turkey. I'm in the northern zone got 3 Different seasons hoping to get one down at least. I've seen a decline in my area so I love all the research that's going on hopefully we can figure out how to help these birds get the numbers they need again
That hunt had me tore up. Hearing em walking in the leaves. Hammered a nice gobbler yesterday that snuck in from behind. I could hear him walking in the leaves. And I’ve heard spitting, but the drumming was unreal. Love turkey hunting y’all. Great video.

Weather has been screwy here in Virginia, too. We had snow showers on Tuesday. Hunted new territory today in Greene County. Killed a nice longbird...48". He weighed 23 pounds (22.8). His beard was an honest 11 1/2" and the spurs....WOW like needles... 1 /3/16" and 1 5/16". My overall best bird ever of 93 killed since my first in 1977! Enjoy your vids.

After making my way through most of the THP catalog this past fall, I wasn’t sure if Zach and Warb had hunted much together; I thought maybe they were a bit too dissimilar. Man was I wrong, the three of you in this episode made this a great and hilarious hunt to watch. I stepped away from hunting when I was 15 years old after 3 successful turkey seasons; as hockey and spring sports took up a majority of my time. I am finally getting back around to it, and eagerly looking forward to my first spring back in turkey woods at the age of 27. Keep kicking ass THP! It’s inspiring and awesome to see.
You guys are simply the best! You always have awesome content, incredible camera work, and are just so fun to watch! You are all so down to earth and likeable and you always do it the right way. Great hunt. Talk about one you guys had to work hard to harvest. It always amazes me that Aaron "never gets excited" after the shot! Thought that first hen that popped over the crest and putted was going to booger your "fort hunt." The 11:59 fire ups I have encountered here obviously have 12:58 cousins in Illinois. Crazy how often the birds and weather finally "cooperate" at quitting time!

Sometimes when you find a brush “blind” in the woods you wonder what someone was doing exactly but it works at times, found some hollowed out bushes and that was amazing
Amen! Shot my turkey this year from one of these hollowed out brush blinds that somebody made years ago. My buddy and I have nicknamed it the "Turkey Skull Blind" because there is an old turkey skull in it.
@@jeffreywilkey476 sometimes the things you find in them are great, shotgun shells (brass at least) dug into the stump or something after a bird I assume but I keep mine
