My dad had a troponin T high sensitive test it was +0.042 ng/ml
And ck-mb was 5.35 ng/ml

My 4 year brother has creatine kinase level of 3215. Doctor said, there is no medicine and treatment for this disease. He said that he will get paralyzed at the age of 12 and will be no more at the age of 20. If anybody could help us with the appropriate doctor, it will be a great help. I don't want my brother to suffer.
This definitely sounds like a degenerative muscle disease.
Something like duschnes or beckers diseases. Also called DMD.
JUST based on WHAT THE DOCTORS HAVE TOLD U.
needs detailed evaluation. Go to a genetic disease specialist.
There is something called the DMD panel. For testing mutations.
Sincerely pray that the results come negative.
Else as of now the future does not look promising

Read the range in the kit. Different eqpt have different value.
Ckmb is present in free from or bound form
Only free. Not bound.
However tbere is a concept of macro ck mb. Wherr some circulating immunoglobulin binds to ckmb and increases its blood life. So you may get false high values even when things are normal.
Very rare. Consider this when ckmb is more than cpk

What is trop value?
When did he have chest pain if it is 5 days old then trop will be high and ckmb normal.
If trop is raised he has heartattack.

Sir my mother is 76 year old she got cardiac arrest survivor due to high potassium now after year in routine chkup she had tni less then .05 but ck nac was 2843 then dr stopped rosuvastatin which she was taking regularly for approx 6 years.
Possible. The drug affects muscles and ck is a marker of muscle damage. That is why it was stopped.

Ckmb has a small muscle component also. Could be from there. Normal trop and normal bnp. Forget everything

Some amount of heart muscle damage occurs for every one every day. Plus the test also has issues of detection.
So such low values mean nothing and u should not fear of it.
At 24 nothing can really go wrong with the heart.
So chill.
God forbid even if something goes wrong, advance treatment is very common and u will be saved.
So there is no reason to fear.
Remember fear can cause heart problems, so avoid it. Seek medical advice for fear and not heart disease
