I'm wondering the same.. finally was able to get this app and am just now about to attempt first flight... I'm excited. But very very skeptical as to whether or not it will actually work..... I'm preparing myself to be let down yet again by this CONTIXO group of jerks. Sorry for the harsh language. Ftw.... fml😢
This drone is so overly complicated, it takes hours to learn how to use it, calibrate it, decoding to remote, then a solid hour of trying to the get the drone and controls to "automatically" hook up, then connect the app, then to get the thing to actually take off, another couple hours of frustration.
My drone violently jerks towards the side and then toward the ground. There's a message on app that says "vertical inclination too high". Is there a fix for this? I've put new props on, tried restoring to factory savings and uninstalled age reinstalled the app but the issue continues. I've tried getting in contact with tech support but have yet to get any response. I'm getting incredibly frustrated.

And from what I see on the app and when comparing it to other apps for rc's I've had over my life... this appears to be kind of a joke. Why in the H-E(double) hockey sticks did I pay nearly $400 for this garbage?

This quick start guide is worthless garbage that does nothing to explain how to use the drone. All it's doing right now is beeping and turning off.
C'mon it's not that hard geez luiz
The thing that sucks is the video gets super choppy when merely couple hundred feet away
I'd spend the money and get a dji and fly for miles like 8 miles away this crap only goes half maybe 3/4 mile
It's a copycat of the Roku which goes a lot further than contixo contixo makes kids toys not good drones
But better to spend the money a months porn subscription than buy one of these
