- I'm at my wit's end here. I just spent the past 5 hours trying to do everything I possibly can to fix this, but I still can't seem to connect to the server. This has been happening since day 1 and I'm at a loss here. A few things you might need to know:
OS: Windows 7
Connection: Wired
Region: North America
This is the last e-mail I received from the support team. The problem has now been resolved! So, if you're a Windows 7 user like myself and you're having difficulty connecting to the server, keep reading.
"Dear Customer,
Thank you very much for the update (we received one contact regarding this since your previous e-mail). Our internal contacts wanted to check if your Windows 7 OS is currently using TLS 1.0 or TLS 1.2 as it seems the TLS 1.0 process is not supported by this game and the Windows 7 OS seems to default to TLS 1.0.

Finally got a response back from customer service, but it didn't amount to much, unfortunately. I'll post the reply anyway though:
"Dear Customer,
Thank you for contacting Bandai Namco Entertainment America's Technical Support and Warranty Department.
We apologize for any inconvenience you have faced in regards to your inquiry. To our knowledge, there were issues with Steam's online features over the weekend and it's possible your issue could have been related to this. If you're still having issues, please let us know so we can forward this information along for investigation (we may need to request some additional information).
Regards,

news ?
Yeah it’s really upsetting. I’ve been excited to see how my decks would work against real people (especially since ci speed doesn’t do anything on ai). Really hope it’s fixed soon
I hope they will fix that cuz this is happening in almost all Europe ... and its not only for PC but for Switch to.
Alright, good news. It seems that a community specialist for BandaiNamcoUS has been linked the video and said they will be looking into this problem when business resumes on Monday. Let's hope for an easy fix.
Keep us posted, PLEASE >.
What OS are you guys running? My Tower PC is running Windows 7, and it cannot get onto the servers. I just loaded it on my laptop running Windows 10 and it works! The only other thing I can think of, is during the install (which I just did) It asked about what networks SDBH can go through. Just make sure to say yes to private and public networks. Those are the only 2 differences I can think of between my PC and laptop. Hope it helps.
Yeah, someone on the Steam forum ran some tests and confirmed it's definitely a Windows 7 issue.
Ok everyone on the PC side of the house. There is a known issue now, a KNOWN issue, with this game running on Windows 7. If you run Windows 10 you "should" be just fine. The Windows 7 might get patched later, but may not. There might be a work around for this, create a Windows 10 VM, on your Windows 7 machine, load the game, and it should work then. If not, sorry for the false hope. Here's a link for another group of people having the same issue. He explains it like I found out. My tower PC runs Windows 7, while my laptop runs Windows 10. PC won't work, laptop does.

Man I'm getting so pissed at this issue too. I found out there is a ton of people with this issue, but not all people. I know people that are on PC that say they have no issues...... which is BS!
If you find a fix, plz update it here. I have tried SOOOO MANY things to fix it
Yeah... I've tried everything I can possibly think of, even flushing my DNS, but nothing seems to work. This is the first game I've played on Steam which uses Easy Anti Cheat, so I doubt I've been "banned", but I don't know what the hell is happening. I already e-mailed Bandai's customer support, so HOPEFULLY I'll hear something when business resumes on Monday and they'll either give me a solution or tell me to wait until there's a patch released.
It just sucks that we've spent $60 on this game only to be locked out of such a big feature. I figure online play is probably the biggest reason this game will carry you for hundreds of hours, lol. The offline content is great, don't get me wrong, but it sucks not being able to play with friends and randoms.
@@GamingHeroTetsuya I have emailed Bandai as well. I'm on the 2nd stage of their emails, when ever I get it. The first email reply said "Thank you for contacting Bandai Namco Entertainment America’s support team.
Please try again, there may have been some issues with Steam over the weekend.
Note that this ticket will automatically be closed in 48 hours unless you require any further assistance.

So not helpful at all. I've tried tons of things, I've now ever tried my main ISP line in my house, and 2 different mobile networks. None work. I've turned off Firewall, Anti-virus, and Malware, but still not working. UGH!!!
I hope there's a little compensation for this. Sitting here boiling with this power lvl e_e
Got the same problem on Switch. Read on the net that by deleting the save it solves the issue, but I dont wanna restart the game even if im not that far ><
And I also can't reedem my eshop points...
People have already tried deleting their save and starting over, but that doesn't seem to do anything, so don't bother.
i cant play online too :S
I goth the same thing on the switch
Damn, really? I thought it was just a PC issue. That sucks if Switch players are experiencing it too. I hope they address it soon.
You know Sal banned you for being a Trump supporter right?
