Please i have the same scooter i don't know if its possible to change the tire i try to do that but a part of motor its fix in tire can you do a video explain how we can change it Please please

Don’t try to change the tire by standard procedure It will damage the rims of the scooter.
That is split hub there is small screw to remove it will split the hub in the middle

That’s cable breaks. On the lever there is wire sensor. That’s cut the power if you break even you press the trottle.
That’s for safety
