Woah Ai art is so amazing, now we can produce art quicker for a fast buck! We don't even need to be creative anymore that's so dope!
Please also make sure you either make them a vector or somehow upscale them with AI because the generated images are somewhere around 1500px or less and after exporting lets say a 2000px or whatever higher res, the image will look bad. Making them a vector and edit the imperfections externally is probably the best option.

Hi. thank you for your video. printify does not work in Ireland. I want to sell via etsy. if i make stickers on mugs ,will etsy sell automatically via online? or should i ship the mug all by myself?

With printify is it free or do you need to pay a monthly fee? Also do you need to link printify to an etsy shop? Or can i just sell the on printify please?

I buy a lot of stickers, I prefer them to be smaller, 4x4 would be too big and would cost more so I wouldn't buy those. I buy the variety packs with 1x2 and 2x2 sizes often.

Hannah I have a question. I just got into merch on deman end of January I was put into tier 1000 should I be just making classic t shirts and hoodies or should i be putting the design on every product they offer? Pop sockets phone cases etc? Wondering what the best strategy is?
That's so awesome! I think T-shirt and hoodies are your best bet. But if you find you have extra slots at the end of each day, it doesn't hurt to put on more products too.

Hi Hannah, I just started an Etsy POD store. I have been watching a few UA-cam videos about running a Etsy POD store. On one guys UA-cam channel he was saying that you should only upload one design a day to your shop. He said if you upload more than one design a day. It will course the Etsy algorithm to affect traffic going to your store in a negative way. I was just wondering what your opinion was on this. Cheers Michael
While I don’t think you should spam your shop with hundreds of listings a day, uploading a modest amount shouldn’t give you any trouble! If you’re worried, start the first week or so just doing a couple per day and then post more after.
When designing the sticker im never sure how big to make it , i use canva ( i know you use kittl) and outlines pop up but i never know to stop at the purple lines or go to the edge of the white box and fill the whole thing up ...help lol

I got some stickers made with AI, but one of the generators just couldn't get the images separate to have each image so it could be cut out easily, even when I specified it in the prompt.
Do you need $ in your account when you get your first order? If so how much do you recommend putting in it ?
I would definitely have enough to cover a few orders (10-20) at once if possible.

Do you find that people are willing to pay over $10 (cost plus shipping) for a sticker sheet with four stickers if you use POD? I’m also curious about usage of AI art for POD. I feel like I’ve heard various opinions about the legality of selling it on Etsy. Thanks for being such an inspiration to all of us!
What are the expected profit margins? From what I'm seeing on Etsy, a lot of stickers sell anywhere from $1-$3. And with POD fees plus Etsy fees, I can't imagine there's much profit left over.

I have the same question. I'm in several Etsy related groups where the majority of people say listing an AI generated image on Etsy without any significant creative additions from you, is against Etsy's Terms Of Service. 🤔

People say AI is easy, it isn't, I have tons of deleted images, lots that need altering because ai isn't perfect.it isn't free either and costs money, you have to pay and quite often you have to create several images before it gets what you want. Even then it still a lottery when you press the create button. As an a artist I feel pressured to use ai because it would take me ages to create stuff compared to ai. My hands shakes sometimes due to my dyslexia and I feel no one would pay for a not so smooth perfect picture.

I’m learning that PoD doesn’t seem to work for stickers. You can’t create a competitive price after manufacturing costs plus shipping. Even with sticker sheets. Too many others outselling….Disappointing.

The number of listings does not guarantee when you start making sales. It's a matter of many factors: quality of the product, the pricing, product photos, SEO, product demand/interest, etc.
Now generally speaking, the more listings you have in a shop, the higher the chance you have of being spotted as each listing has the potential to draw traffic to your shop. But make sure to pay attention to all the other areas listed above to ensure your providing good products and good service to your potential customers.

I only buy stickers that I know for sure isn't AI. If I wanted anything AI (which I don't) I could just make it myself.
But there are people who don't want to make it and just buy it. Like me 😭 so I see people like me being the targeted audience for this.

The image generator wouldn't have anything to work with if it didn't have creative humans to scrape from in the first place. Nice try, though. It's funny because it's always a mockery of humanity, much like the people who seriously think this is on par with "just using Photoshop," which requires skill and talent.
