    Great breakdown thanks. My after dinner dessert, prior to entering my fast, is high protein skyr yogurt, mixed with 1/2 scoop of whey isolate, 1/2 scoop of collagen, 5 mg of creatine, scoop of citrulline malate, and sometimes a bit of MCT powder too. Mix, add few cacao nibs, consume & fast.

    Creatine - yes, absolutely I would take daily, even if you don't exercise. But I would argue a healthy diet makes more difference than most expensive supplements. That said, Beta-alanine definitely makes a difference in my endurance workout.

      Yes, I agree with diet being much more important! Hopefully I can put together something soon on dietary habits :) Thanks for sharing about beta alanine as well.

    On creating, there is very little credible source on the internet on how to take them, when, and so on. It seems people think tut should be totally dissolved in water, but then again there are those who say it has relatively short life in water. What are your thoughts? And how long before workout should it be taken? Thanks.

      Hey, the dosing is there for everything and the ones I don’t mention the time of day are because there is no clear best practices for that.
      As far as dissolving in water the half life isn’t relevant if you drink it right away so I typically do it in water. I hope this helps and thanks for the comment :)
