Premier League will respond by deducting 12 points, off Everton.
Haha! Best UA-cam comment ever
And 8 points from Forest
😂😂😂😂
It's not been English Premier League for decades, its the United Nations League
A racist speaks.....
The leak allegedly came from Arsenal.
'Tyranny of the Majority' This comment comimg from a culture of 'Autocracy'
I have played football in the middle East. More than one occasion the opposition walked off the pitch when the game wasnt going their way. There is footage of an international match where the ruling Sheik called the players off the pitch coz he didnt like the referee's decision. 'Toys out of the pram' this is the mentality one has to deal with on all aspects of dealigs with the middle eastern mind. Money is the answer to all negotiations, regardless.
So if Man City believes that the rule is unlawful, they shouldn’t challenge it just because they’re owned by the sheik?
Your little irrelevant anecdotal stories have no bearing on this discussion.
There's a big difference between Necastle and Man City, Man City inflated their income to fund their success, Newcastle following the rules couldn't even make a loan signing in January
I thought Newcastle would of been the team that would of complained about the rule changes in 2021
"Would of"???? How stupid can you be?
Not a city fan but they will win premier league again next season and piss every one off again 😂
They’re likely gonna get deducted about 60 points and relegated, or just relegated outright.
Think they're going down, possibly with five other teams. Championship might be promoting more than three teams next season.
Premier league teams all got together once Newcastle was taken over and ganged up on us and you! No one had a problem until we were taken over!! The rules were changed once the so called big 6 had a challenge to their superiority!! Not sure how you don't understand the sponsor lship deals! That's so disingenuous mate!! Are you actually saying that FFP has been in place since 1992?? What a bellend!!
👍✅
Funny that no-one ever mentions PSG. Qatari owned and sponsored by Qatar Airways. Their sponsorships literally help them comply with FFP, but they've breached FFP in the past. They spend £200 million on Neymar and millions on other countless players, but not a peep. This is nothing more than a witch hunt.
Exactly 👍
In other words, PSR was brought in to restrict other club’s growth. Otherwise, why should it bother anyone if clubs are able to bring in more money via sponsorships.
The gloves are off now with the prem and city, a 10 point deduction is heading Evertons way as we speak and a 6 point deduction should wipe the smerk off Nottingham forests face
Attack is the best form of defence😂
Now ask him who he support.
Every club should be allowed to spend the same amount as each other as long as they can prove that they have the money itss as simple as that and the people that own the clubs will have to pay that debt if they leave or sell. As long as owners want to spend there money let them.
Bring back the good old days when clubs like Man United & Arsenal could spend whatever they liked. All this FFP is rubbish and it's going to destroy the Premier League. No need for all these cases.
bollocks mate man united and arsenal made their own money back then, and since the rules changed 115fc have broken them and also been banned out of europe and we haven’t heard the end of that one either as the ban was uplifted with back handers, ple
ty of sep blatters looking out for 115fc
Bet you’re a city fan you 🤦🏼♂️
I'd just like to hear from etihad direct why they're ploughing in £700m a season into a league 2 club and what kind of business sense that makes when you could sponser Liverpool for example which is a global football club with huge reach and history?
Villa and Newcastle billionaires not allowed to spend their owe money man utd 800 million in debt spend what they want to it doesn't seem fair to other clubs 17 billionaires in the premier league 😂😂😂😂
paid to win every year
Dig deep lad it’s okay
Why don’t they get the owners to put the money upfront first every year on the 1st of July and that’s the money they have to spend ok maybe put a cap on it to say 175 million and start like that ?????
It's bigger than football, #ItsTheReset, move wealth and power East, this is going to weaken the PL brand and give more chance of international games for domestic clubs, like ESL, we are seeing the centralization of football, more clubs and tournaments being influenced or outright owned by the same people,
I've been watching more serie a last few years. Not bad.
Just watched 'Britain's Biggest Football Scandal', great watch and shocking how corrupt it us from City to CAS. Let's hope the PL has more bite.
At least City can keep trophies won fairly between 2019-2024 but I do feel sorry for the City players who won games on the pitch between 2011-2018.
Transfers should be capped at 100 million to every club every year, not a penny more, obviously you can sell to buy, this way no one will suffer PSR or FFP penalties!
wow... such foresight. 🤦🏿♂️
The FFP - PSR what ever you want to call it hasn’t even went up with inflation So put it up to 175- 200 million and every 3 years put it up with inflation a decent player will cost north of 50 million so it needs to go up
What made the Premier league successful from the start and eventually made it the most successful league in the world should be protected. There is a reason why leagues like La Liga are not as popular as the EPL.
There is discrimation by legacy elite against prospective up and comers and they are equally "throwing their toys out of the pram" and trying to pull the ladder up and make challengers play by a set of different relative rules to what they have in the past
And i thought everyone hated United, City have took it to new heights 😂
Newcastle sponsors next year. £3 billion
Problem is the owners are tied to the English government. Lots of investment in England.
So
Spewed going the game years ago the fans r being fleeced. Wise up
People are forgetting the septic 6 wanted a super league and now the premier league is shit scared of them and will do anything to stop others getting anywhere near them
Have Manchester United spent more than everyone how does that work 😮
Once financial constraints are adopted to restrict the growth of individual entities, legal challenges are inevitable.
It is illegal for a group to collaborate and introduce barriers to prevent other organisations from prospering.
How dare you talk sense. You will be upsetting the owners of the cartel clubs
PL and City wanted no publicity and did so since February, until Arsenal leaked to THE Times
The rules City are challenging haven’t been in place since 1992, they’ve only been in place since 2021 and made more onerous in February 2024, please get your facts right
Doesn't matter. Epl is a farmers league.
@@playedout148 a very rich one🤣🤣
He's talking about the 14 club rule in voting, which has been in since 1992 I believe.
Also, Man City voted for the rule change in 2021 because it seemed like it was mostly to slow down Newcastle, so it benefited them greatly. This is just a tactic to try and slow down the 115.
@@hssIcelandstill it’s a stupid point, which is suprisjnf coming from someone you’d expect to have his wits about him.
Man City is not and have never challenged the 2/3 voting rule. They are challenging rule that they believe is not in concert with UK law. It is their right and also the right of any EPL team to challenge a rule that they believe is unlawful, even if that rule is approved by the majority.
Manchester City have really shot themselves in the foot by suing the Premier League.
Now the latter must show who is the boss or otherwise cease altogether. Critical times for English football.
Hopefully the large majority of the PL clubs will oppose City and so save their own playing field.
I don’t know if you’ve been watching, all the teams in the league have been trying to oppose City, the result is 6EPLs in 7 years haha.
I think 115fc should be banned for good
City will get a fine of £100000 and a long drawn out case so the premier league will want to shut it down because of cost
It doesn’t seem as though you understand what the tyranny of the majority actually means. It isn’t that it is democracy. The incoming Labour government will likely have a humongous majority due to how crap the Conservatives have been over the past 14 years, that’s humongous majority cannot and must not be at the expense of those interests that are in the minority. That isn’t how democracies function.
So Arsenal are the real champions for the last two years! Manchester City should suffer the same fate as the other clubs that have been penalised for cheating.
Shows guilt to me
Expect nothing less from a blind man
I have no idea how these amateurs are let lose spouting nonsense on football matters especially this Wyness character who has suddenly climbed out of the woodwork like he is footballs' guru.
1st Messers Peers & Wyness City are NOT challenging the RULES (all of them) but ONE new rule which they voted against back in February and Newcastle abstained.Ironically Aston Villa,Everton & Chelsea want City to win now.
2nd Messers Peers & Wyness City will not be allowed to inflate sponsorship deals if they win BECAUSE THERE IS AN EPL INDEPENDENT BODY WHO DECIDE IF THE DEALS FAIR VALUE FOR MONEY.
3rd CAS ruled against UEFA on the charge that they benefited from inflated sponsorship deals.
Why are you both peddling lies?? you sponsored by the RED CARTEL?
and as for City have three KC's on the case SO WHAT Did Donald Trump refuse the right to legal aid?
Wealthy people have always had the best layers - that's a consequence of capitalism.
This is Liverpool arsenal. Utd supporters causing all this shit all the time
The red cartel can't. Handle being knocked of their perch
Rules are rules for a reason or why have them? Why not have free for all?
