Wonderful video, i found it intresting now knowing about the trigger bar going the same direction... I now kinda wanna get into owning firearms some point later on since how fascinating they can be.
The inherent problems with the first shot beeing hard to fire accurately is probably one of the reasons why strikerfire guns are popular now. Still I prefer a hammerfired gun for carring Appendix position. The more difficult first shot is less important to me than the additional saftey. Thanks for the interesting video. I always wondered why the cz75 had such a smooth da trigger. Btw any update on the czech 2a situation?
Thanks, I agree 100% :) it is about training and all but for appendix I do not take any chances... the guy down there only gets shot once.... for the 2A we haven't moved much I believe, everybody still busy with Covid pandemics but it should be on the table soon as the EU is watching us... plus with what happened in Wien there might be more pressure soon on the guns in the EU
You make an interesting point about the direction of the CZ 75 variant Trigger Bar travel. You also mentioned that the CZ 75 Trigger Bar has two sides which also seams to contribute to the feel of the DA. The CZ Omega trigger system, used in the CZ P Series and CZ 75B Omega has a single sided trigger bar that also interfaces with the Trigger and Hammer only on one side. I believe that the Omega design is inferior to the CZ 75 classic trigger system in this regard and contributes negatively to the Omega DA pull. To be clear i do not mean to trash the Omegas, these are just my thoughts on the two designs when compared to each other. I have enjoyed tinkering with both action designs. Thank you, I will join indeed. As for Omegas, you are right, in general the original CZ solution is better in terms of trigger pull. The purpose of Omega was to simplify production and also make it ready to be used with safety or decocker. Before that CZ had to produce two types of trigger groups - for safety and for decocker.... All in all, I too prefer the old trigger :)
So that's why the Omega style triggers have a heavier double action pull. Now it makes sense! And Yes, the CZ firearms forum and the Beretta Forum are 2 top notch forums.
Well, I guess they are just as anti gun as the EU... I think they didn't like the part when the one of the terrorists got shot... As if it was something bad 🙂

Double action trigger on Polish P64 is so stiff, it is almost unshootable.
a friend of mine just recently bought one... it is like a gym for your finger.... :D
