Supertrainers should be either crazy bouncy and fun or high performance. Crazy bouncy is Skyward X, Prime X strung, NeoVista etc. High performance is Superblast, Boston 12, Puma Deviate 3 etc. This is the best super trainer out now for a fun shoe. Performance might be better in the Superbalst 2 but for an all around fun shoe nothing beats it right now. It is more enjoyable than the Skyward X
Love these shoes! I am teetering on the edge of wearing them for my marathon instead of the NB SC Elite v.4. They are only a hair heavier. I like the booty upper, but I have been concerned with the high back and whether it would cause achilles irritation over the long haul. I will say though in U.S. sizes though, they are snug. I could probably go up a half size.
Great review as always! I'm looking for a marathon race show, and I'm not sure what to choose... Now running in my training with the NB Fresh Foam X 880v14 and the Speed 3. I don't have super wide feet but rather wide than narrow. I tried the Boston 12, and I'm thinking of buying it or the speed 14. Generally, I'm looking for a rather stable (not too narrow) marathon race shoe for 3h marathon pace...anyone has another proposal for me?? Thanks a lot & happy running everyone!
I still have a new pair of TC yet to run, kept it for the future once and still couldn't get around. :) However, SC Trainer V2 appears to be what could be a successor to TC. This one is above the limits and surely softer.
TC was awesome, perhaps the first Supertrainer because Zoom Fly Flyknit is so harsh on these times. Mizuno is softer than TC, but TC is a lot more agressive with a low configuration stiff plate.
TC was one of the first attempts in super trainer realm, although not as successful as endorphin speed, released simultaneously, due to unnecessarily added weight and overbuilt outsole. But it surely is up there. Good times.
Does this dethrone the king of max stack super daily trainers, the Superblast 1? Am I the only one thinking this? (Especially as i bought the SB in May 😆).
No doubt a good shoe but in Australia at $320 too expensive for me. I'll pick it up if I can get it under $200 AUD otherwise I'll give it a miss. No FOMO for me. Perhaps Mizuno should look at using a more traditional upper in addition to this booty style one they way Brooks does with their Glycerin models (Stealthfit, traditional upper). It can't hurt and they could probably sell more units.
Bought this 2 months ago as replacement for my OG Superblast as my long run shoes. (almost 600km++ for my Second pair of SB1) 133KM done in this shoes. Yes, it's soft but have some lag of bounce. I'm trying to love this shoes. But, it's failed. One big problem for me is durability. The outsole durability is so bad. Because muzino labeling as daily or super "trainer", i expect 300 up to 500km or more for "trainer". At my highway area, it's already gone just for 100km++. And now, it's hella slippery at just Slightly wet condition. The midsole is getting too soft for picking up the pace. Suited me for below 7km/min Loosing the bounce like what i remembered when i got this for my first run. Now, it's just soft. Really2 small bounce left, just after 133km? For me, it's crazy. And, it's unstable. Maybe just because too soft midsole? Idk. That's what i feel. And thanks god, i bought the Superblast 2, 3 weeks ago. After 65km, SB2 already brakein. And, yes. For me, SB2 is way way better shoes than Neo Vista. It's softer than previous model, it's bouncier, it's more breathable, great stability, and no sign of wearing after 65km at the outsole. Lighter than neo vista. It's feel like SB2 made for me. It's suited me perfectly. So, i retired Mizuni Neo Vista just after 133KM. Fastest Retirement so far. 😔
I found it too bouncy. I have strong feet, but I’d be concerned about how it would feel on tired legs. Also, I like rockers in music, not my shoes. I’ll stick with my Rebel 4s.
Been running in the rebels for the past 3 month. That shoe literally transformed my running. Just did my first run in the Neo Vistas and I immediately could feel the extra weight. And while the upper is nice and snug, I could also notice the lack of breathability vs the rebel. That being said, the rebel always makes me want to run fast. The Neo vista will force me to slow down for those easy long runs. I think they are an interesting shoe. Looking forward to seeing how the superblast 2s compare.

Looking forward to the comparisons between this and the Superblast 2
Just had my first run in the neo vista today, just loved it!!
Absolutely love mine

Surprised you guys didn’t compare it with the Superblast….maybe a Superblast 2 comparison coming soon instead? 🤞🏻
Looks great ‼️
any plans for the rebellion flash 2?

Slovenly. Great word.
Great shoe. Reminds me of Fuelcell TC

@@hexfire yes 😀
TC: favorite shoe all time. Similar cushion?
Are you planning to review the Wave Rider 28?
Anybody know which Garmin model Nick was showing off there?
Yep, I had to go down half a size to an 11uk from my usual 11.5uk.
What about fit? How does it compare to Magic Speed or endorphin speed?

I think both complement each other, nice pairing
I really like this shoe. Smoothest ride out there. But my god it's loud. It claps the floor with that huge cutout.

is it bouncier than superblast?
I don't get it, the bouncier the more fun and also the easier to run, a super bouncy shoe turns you into superman, how is it bad
@@randenlewis152
Yes much bouncier and only slightly more weight, although it is not noticeable at all
@@dantwister5106
I also have more fun in bouncier shoes if the weight is not too much

Hated it - too squidgy and feet get to hot in them !
Far from being a super shoe !
Don't get all the hype
I’m sure it’s a good shoe but bloody hell it’s ugly
