I’ve looked everywhere for a comprehensive understanding on this Fetta and I’ve only found 1 paragraph in the sutras. I ask as after 54 years I had a deep realization of my own arrogance and conceit I wasn’t aware of but discovered through meditation and it shattered me for months as I walked in shame through my work place of 15 years. Trying to get through this realization. How did my wife and now adult kids put up with my idiot low self esteem puffing up my false ego attitude for so long. I love them more than ever for this. Help!!
Buddhism is not a monotheistic religion and is not comparable to Judaism which is a monotheistic (creator) religion. Buddhism claims that all sentient beings are beginningless and devoid of a creator, Judaism claims a god is the creator of all life.
