60 gm cocoa powder(preferably dutch process cocoa
2 eggs
150 gm castor sugar
120 gm brown sugar
2 tablespoons vanilla
120 ml vegetable oil
240 ml whole milk
3/4 cup coffee
FOR THE GANACHE
250 gm dark compound chocolate
350 gm heavy cream
