Those images look good to me. Yes, it has a small sensor. But, of course, modern sensors are a better than old sensors. Very nice, you have a good eye.
Really good and quick review of this great camera. I was impressed by your bird shots as they are my main focus with the camera as well. But as you go into high end of the zoom in low light conditions the camera does struggle to produce quality images. But in good light it absolutely shines even at max zoom.
I have this super cool camera, but i have a question for you, how is your pictures are crisp like this? I usually record a video for the bird then I take a screenshot from it.😅
Hi! I will buy this camera now thank you for this video! Your photos are incredibly sharp for considering the zoom (and the price of camera?) Do you have any advice for a newcomer?
Hi, thank you! My advice would be to experiment with the different auto-focus modes and find the one that works best for you (I tend to use AFS for birds with this camera). Also, this camera's iA-mode/intelligent auto mode works very well so if you don't feel confident in using manual mode yet, you can still get very nice shots.
are these examples out of camera or edited? Which color profile do you use? Nice photos. I got this camera used with a minor damage for low price. I like the zoom range and also the zoom-macro function is very good.
Hi. When talking about zoomed-in photos, smartphones won't be able to compete with this camera. Also, in general I prefer the photos from "real" cameras as they depict reality a lot better (compared to smartphones that use a lot of software manipulation and AI in order to make photos it thinks the user wants.) But that is of course just my opinion.
Hi! With this camera I actually usually use the "intelligent Auto" mode. I find the full auto mode very good on this camera, it chooses the best settings quite reliably in my experience.
@@franckmatt3807 It's an 18.1MP sensor so up to 11"x14" should still be excellent quality, and up until 30"x40" good quality. The biggest size I've printed is only 4"x6" and it looks very nice to me. I haven't printed bigger yet.
I would say it's sufficient in most situations, but there are times where it appears to be too limited (I noticed it in a photo where the sky was bright and the river's water was dark). But in the vast majority of photo's I have taken with this camera I am very happy with the dynamic range.
I personally do not like that camera. Swap that for old coolpix B500 that is may be worse camera, but I had always Sharp pictures in #macromode, also zoom to animals, #birds included. With this camera is more blured photos on my memory card then good photos.
I have this camera and agree whilst it has a few drawbacks it is great value for the money and a great camera to learn the basics of photography.

Nice summary on this affordable camera and some excellent images produced.
Thanks for your review! So sweet voice! Which is the other camera you used to record first?! This one is just so good!
Poseo una Sony A6700 y con este video me dieron ganas de adquirir la FZ80 como cámara B, excelente video y excelentes fotos 🙌🏻

I also have similar FZ-70 (same but no 4k) Subscribed 🙂
Thanks! 😁

Hi. They are edited(only slightly) in Gimp. I use sRGB. Thank you😁 That's great! I hope you also enjoy this awesome camera🌟
@@zaitjie is this camera better at picture quality than for example samsung galaxy s23 ultra?

I agree with what your saying. I’ve noticed with my latest phone 13 pro. The images have almost a surreal look when you zoom in on the image.
It’s probably due to the software manipulating the image
