  • Clean eating doesn't have to be boring! Since I've started lifting again I'm also counting my macros and watching my protein! These two meals will be my lunch and dinner for the rest of the week. Breakfast is typically banana and oatmeal or chia seed pudding. I love that they're flavorful, simple and fit my macros. :)
