- Ingredients:
- 500 grams boiled and shredded chicken
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 3 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1/4 tsp salt and pepper
For the sauce:
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp Maida
- 2-3 cups chicken stock
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 chicken cube
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika powder
For the topping:
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 6-8 tortillas

If you add little spice in the chicken it will add a little flavor to it simply dry chicken will not as much flavor.. I tried lot here US learned from my Spanish friend ❤US
