- Recorded live on the sensational 3-61 Nichols & Simpson Organ at First Presbyterian Church, Little Rock, Arkansas, at the 6th Annual Recital celebrating the life of Robert Y. Ellis. Audio and video recording by Lance Herring. Visit Nathan's website at www.nathanlaube.com for more information.
Nathan is a truly spectacular musician. Absolute control. Totally into the music. The Nichols and Simpson organ is just stunning. Panning to the Vox in the chambers during the Franck opening was a very pleasant surprise. I love it, I love it, I love it. It's just like dying and going to heaven! Thank you Nathan and thank you Nichols and Simpson!
Wow, GORGEOUS!!!! Everything about this video is gorgeous, Franck's incredible music, the awesome Nichols & Simpson Organ, the church setting, the heart-felt and moving interpretation, AND without a doubt, Mr.Laube!! Thank you for sharing this inspiring work!. Kudos to the videographer as well!
This is just about the finest Chorale in E Major I've ever heard! I especially like the tempo of the
chorale at the end: it really has forward momentum and sweep as well as grandeur. The organ sounds great...and whoever did the recording/engineering deserves a big round of applause!
Nathan- You really love playing.
That's what counts.
Thank you for sharing.

Wow; just marvelous! Can this guy play!
Forget his youth; Laube is deservedly now on the faculty at Eastman School of Music in Rochester and we are already reveling in his brilliance among an already brilliant faculty.
Bravo!!!
Beautiful!
Totally great. :-)
@joeyboi87 Yah, for some reason, things in E Maj are SO challenging!!!!
That is so incredible that you played it without music. How do you do that? Good memory, I guess. I have to remember not to forget ...haha
Nathan, dahling, luv ya ta pieces, but sweet heart, this is TOO GODDAMN FAST!
