The Deux Evocations (2017) were composed for the brilliant American organist Nathan Laube.
The Deuxième Evocation (subtitled April 22, 1984 and Ad Memoriam Pierre Cochereau) is a grand crescendo that weaves three Easter hymns into its virtuosic toccata-like textures.

Beautiful!
Daniel Roth found his sucsessor. Well done Daniel! And thanks for all you gave me in beautiful organ music.
One of the great ones of our day!
Heard him playing at Kings College the concert after the restoration, impressive.
Love the Yves Devernay references from his improvisation at Notre Dame! Nathan's playing is phenomenal, clean, and full of musicality.
I'm exhausted, and I haven't played a note! Amazing piece very well done! Thanks Pierre-François Dub-Attenti for publishing this as well as many other superb works!
Extraordinaire Nathan....
Stunning music; stunning playing.
Wow. Simply stunning
Fabulous - and what a refreshing change to hear a “new” piece as well!
Kudos to the registrants and page turner! A most important job. And to wonderful Nathan, too, of course.
An outstanding performance, and makes for very exciting listening.
Spectacular!
Merci pour cet enregistrement !!!!
Thrilling. Thank you 🙏🏻
Thank you for this video, Nathan. This has to have been great fun. M. Roth is such a gracious man.

Superbe performance... Grande inspiration et le CC de Saint Sulpice est l'instrument parfait pour cette pièce.
Bravissimo, Nathan Laube, George Baker, and Aristide Cavaille-Coll!!!
Wonderful !!!!!
Merci pour l'ensemble des vidéos et pour leurs qualités artistiques exceptionnelles.
Shades of Dupre in this composition
Love him to play the opening recital on my Laboratory pipe organ. He's so talented.
An organ master

Read a book called "Effortless Mastery" well, here is an example. His facial expression is as blank as an american baseball pitcher winding up for a pitch. The "supervisor" part of the brain is turned off, and the motor-robot neuro-muscular machine is left to do what it can do, undistracted, and you get a great performance. Awe struck too as below.
Hello, can you answer to this questions ? Where come from the number 16 8 4 ? Do you have any idea about the flollw number 16 8 4 4 8 4 4 4 8 8 4 8 ?
Pipe lengths, 16', 8',4'
I'm shocked. Nathan usually plays "a memory".
Fluktuation 8.
Damn! must be a bitch to play
