If someone has problem with the funding but motivated to do a masters abroad, I would say Germany can be an option for you. Over 90% of the courses are free (except for the universities in Baden Wurttemberg State of Germany where all the courses are paid ranging from 1500-5000 euros per semester). The disadvantage is a large chunk of the population speak german (courses are offered in both german and english) so, one has to have a basic knowledge of german. However, one can learn during his/her stay in Germany and 2 years is a good amount of time to learn a language upto an acceptable proficiency. The jobs are available in both english and german (though german knowledge is always advantageous). The pay is really good in jobs, one can also do part time jobs during and after the course work and can be paid a good amount of money( enough to sustain for a month).

Thank you Madan for clarifying this! Yes, he has been living in Germany for around 3 years. So, if you consider Germany as an option then please consider his advice!

@HariprasadVP Normally during the premiere I am not online, so when I see the chat replay then I saw your comments. Better comment here so that I can reply directly. I don't understand your question? If you do a good master thesis and may be manage to have publications then you will be able to get a PhD easily.

If you join a 4TU program then it is always flexible and normally you do some courses in each of the TUs depending on your interests and the course plan. Yes, you have an option to do industrial thesis which I will talk about in the video tomorrow during which you can work with a company. The price that you mentioned is not the tution fees only because tution fees only is currently around 15000-16000 Eur per year in TU Delft! It might have included something else on top of that. :) :)
