I just turned 50 and have the hydrow. But I'm way out of shape. 6ft and about 230 pounds. All stomach and neck and have not been athletic for a long time. I've struggled with maintaining a consistent rhythm. I think its mostly because I was so worried about technique at first. I think I'm going to give it another try and not worry so much about perfect technique. Any advice for starting and staying motivated?
Gotta say this is a genuine review by a guy like me. Thanks

very positive review! you look really fit (in your shot of working out)and it's an inspiration :)
Think you will be able to try the new Hydrow wave model
Exactly!
Think twice before you buy a Hydrow. The forced subscription ruins the experience. Can't row without internet. Won't store stats without subscription.
