Great video! dark mode makes the text not readable due to youtube compression, for me white is good :)
Yes the color coding makes the red text blurry. I use a custom color theme. I will test different colors to avoid this problem.
I think dark mode is better than white using PC either youtube in my tablet

Great content and insight. Are you able to create an EA where one indicator value is dependent on the other indicator value? For example applying the MACD indicator to the chart in window 1, put the Alligator indicator also in Window 1 and select "Apply to " -> previous indicator value. So Alligator indicator is dependent on the MACD value.
Tbh I never did that, but of course its possible. I may look into that. Have you ever used something like that? Thanks for watching!
I have not being able to use the strategy tester because my attempts at creating the EA have all failed. The manual testing does show some promise however but I would much prefer a working EA

The EA I am trying to create uses the MACD with the Alligator Indicator attached to the MACD and the applied to parameters for the Alligator set to "previous indicator data"

Hello sir, I am having issues with my Strategy tester it always gives me this error massage in my mt5 journal "thread finished" and the strategy tester will stop running immediately. Please how can I correct this for the strategy tester to keep on running?

When digits are 3 or 5 we better multiply the sl and tp by 10?

I am doing an EA that adds a MACD in 15min period if a condition is met in 1hour timeframe, how you can backtest this?
What do you mean exactly?
@@trustfultrading I start the test of the EA on 1Hour timeframe and try to add a MACD with 15min period on the init function an throws an error.. Or I've tried this ChartSetSymbolPeriod(0,NULL,PERIOD_M15) but doesnt work
@@Scosta150704 If you test on "open price only mode" you can only access higher timeframes. Or you test with every tick mode.
