Definitely DUM means cooked in steam, but in Urdu language DAM means BREATH, If chef is meaning it as breath then he should spell it as DAM not DUM in his vlog title. Anyway a BREATHtaking dish,Thanks Chef.

Urdu borrows this from Farsi, like it does some words from Sanskrit and Arabic. Dum in Urdu used in cooking always means steam, not breath. Used in context of living being means breath.
