To add to the luminous stone method instead of selling them you can give them to a Zora name Ledo at Zora's Domain (he is located near the front of the entrance to the Ne'ez Yohma Shrine) and he will exchange you 10 luminous stones for 1 diamond which can be sold for 500 rupees. So if you give him like 100 luminous stones he will give back to you 10 diamonds which you can sell for a total 5,000 rupees.
Eh, not really. I’m fine with the 53k I have from meat, talus, and ore farming. One bonus about dragon and ancient part farming though, you can trade them to Kilton for Mon.
This is how you overload the menu: You need about five to seven multishot bows such as Lynel or duplex for example, best air on the side of caution with seven. You also need a load of electric arrows. If you are going to get unlimited gems off Parcy you also need one royal guard weapon. All you need to do is when you are in the stable with Parcy, equip one multishot bow and electric arrows. Make sure the bow is out as if you were going to shoot then go back into the menu, drop that bow and then equip another multishot bow, go back into the menu and drop that bow etc. Continue to repeat this through the bows until Link looks strange in the menu. Now equip the Royal guard weapon and talk to Parcy. She will think you have the Royal guard weapon infinitely and you will get rubies, sapphires and topaz all the way up to 999 each. It is easy to understand once you get used to it. Just make sure you pick all the bows up that are on the floor when you are done to undo the menu overload.

Hi Hylians! I just wanted to throw this out there because many have asked, and I want to help! If you sell 10 Luminous stones, you will get 700 rupees. If you trade the 10 luminous stone for a diamond at Zora's domain, 1 diamond sells for 500. Even if you sell 10 diamonds to the Gerudo in Goron City, she buys them for 5500, making them 550 for each diamond. Therefore, selling luminous stones is better than selling diamonds. Hope this helps!
not much. haha there is a point that you don't need rupees anymore. You mostly need it to buy random materials at shops if you want them, arrows, fairy fountains, building the house, and all the gear... I think that's about it...
@@100PercentZelda yeah, i hope theres more of an 'end game' in the 2nd one. Like bosses in final fantasy that are harder than the main boss. Ganon was a bit of a let down in botw.
One of my favorite methods is rare stone talus farming. And although it’s not the fastest method it’s pretty fun unlike other rediculously repetitive methods. There are three rare stone taluses around tabantha tower at Gisa Crater, Path to Kolami Bridge, And illumenie plateau

You are a legend. If it weren't for you I would be bowling for hours and hours, but now I have a turbo controller running making me thousands of rupees per minute. Thank you so much for this!
Whats the point in using glitches to get unlimited money? Might as well play on emulator and use a cheat to get 999.999! I really dont get the payoff for getting max money while using the last 2 methods
@@CallTheDayyou're completely right. there is no big reason Haha Some people like myself just like the fact of collecting things and doing things to say they did it. Personally I always thought of zeldas as collecting games along with the the action and puzzle. But thats just me and what i like
@@DrunkenPartyGamer it's thought to explain, but kleric made a really good video on it explaining menu overloading and stuff you can do with it, just make sure to watch the most recent one, he made one that shows an unoptimized method before this was discovered.
My favorites are dragon horns and Meat. The slow mow while aiming at farosh’s horn is sick. And when my zoom bow breaks I have to adjust to the new bow’s trajectory and that adjustment makes it more fun. And if I miss the horn I still get scales at the right angle. Meat collecting is just straight fun, sneak up on prey then get a head shot. And if I get into a high position and glide it’s even better shooting mid air. The other methods just kinda bore me. The bowling game is well as you proved not the best option and requires to aim for the sweet spot that you can’t guarantee to hit all the time. The guardian part glitch is, well it feels wrong, well I also thought the dragon horn method was wrong at first but it’s still something I get rewarded with for doing something. Luminous Stone collecting isn’t something I plan out a route for like others do, for me I rather just grab them if I see it, not go out of my way to follow a planned out path for it. And the royal guard and precious stones method is very effective it’s just I never knew about it when I actually needed rupees in the game. And again Meat and Horn collecting is more fun and gets me more than enough rupees than I need.
I love this. Meat farm and horn farming are definitely my favorites too. Even the royal guard is the best, you dont do anything. Haha 😄 but as I mentioned in the video. Meat farming can get you other materials, and i am a collector player, so new materials are good =)
100 Percent Zelda, yeah I’m kinda late to the party as I got my switch and the game this last black friday. Man I got steals on that day, with odyssey, botw, splatoon2, all for $30 each, then mk8 packaged free with the console(I know it was the original model with less battery but i did not care). But I will say out of all the games I didn’t really know a lot about zelda, I bought it because it was praised a lot by people and my friends. I expected the other games to be my favorites. But it’s shocking how opposite that was, that I’m at 90 hours with zelda but my next closet game is smash at 20(got it 2 months after getting my switch). This game introduced me to the zelda series and am in love with all its lore. But I think knowing nothing about the series made it even better for me because I didn’t look at any e3 trailers and such. All I knew was Link is the hero, zelda is the princess, and he has a master sword, with a green hood, and the tri force and knew of the name ganon but didn’t know what he was(calamity ganon kinda confused me what ganon actually was until I realized calamity is like a manifestation of ganondorf).
100 Percent Zelda, I wish I could collect and hold onto weapons and bows and shields. I usually have bad habits of holding onto usable items in games but I appreciate this game making me break out of that habit and start using my stuff but I still wish I could get one of each item then feel happy with throwing everything at an enemy. I know you being a collector feels even more strongly about this.
@@generalbomb1628 I agree with you 100 percent. Play the game, and i hate to say this, but you dont have to watch all my videos. I'd love for you to experience the "not knowing" what to do. I do agree that its the best experience.
1:43 I just crossed through there like a trespasser yesterday(Didn't have too much stamina to climb). I was going to climb that mountain, then it started thundering for a while. When I saw that dragon, i fled like the zelda trespasser I felt like. I haven't completed this one yet. However, I did start the game over because I went halfway through the game, and never went to see Impa or get the missing runes, and pictures for the sheikah slate. I did all of that, and now the game has more meaning, besides just visiting the shrines. The Sheikah slate has been such a quiet partner on the trails, unlike Navi. That Yiga clan is a nice call back to Maple the witch, who just appears out of no where(I think the yiga clan is more like me hunting her down for items when she flew too low). I find it hilarious that they appear as if they are looking at something. Then when you speak to them, speak familiar idle banter, then get dark with, some cheesy line like, "but you won't be alive to see it!". I actually thought that merchant talking about how she had to get away from the zora prince, (spotted at night on the trail to zoras domain) was one of them too.
100 Percent Zelda OH THATS WHAT I WAS DOING WRONG😂 thank you XD! I haven’t played this game in like 3 years and I completely forgot how to flurry rush so I’ve literally had to google how to every mechanic again
i made the mistake of rupee farming my first playthrough. the best rupee farming is just playing the fucking game as it was intended. When you get gems, sell them. that's it.
@@cancerousmaterial That's the reach catch in making rupees. You don't know in advance what you need/don't need for upgrades or monster masks, etc. so first time players just horde everything. I think selling gems though is a good starting point for the first playthrough because honestly, anything you get with gems kind of sucks anyways and you don't need that many (i.e. the gerudo jewelry).
300 rupees every 30 seconds for bowling is actually pretty good. 600 every minute, so that is 36,000 in 1 hour. Thats if you know where to stand and which direction to face, bowling could be the quickest way to farm rupees. I usually stand at the highest point of the bump and face toward the first pin and let the snow roll
I didn't see anybody mention the baked apple lady in Rito village. Gather apples at Satori mountain take them to Death mountain bake em' and sell them to her. I think she'll buy 100 for something like 1000.
In pondo's lodge, there's a good method to (nearly) always get strikes. Just wait for pondo to stand in place, pick up the snowball, stand behind him as if pondo had 4 arms where link has 2 of them, move EVER so slightly to the left, and drop it. Over 80% of the time you will get a strike.
Thank you so much =) I love this. I wouldnt say I'm underrated, I'm "not yet rated" haha! I'm just new, but im hoping to help as much as possible and the hopefully the good rating will come. Thank you again for the encouragement
My favorite involves farming apples. Certain locations like Hateno Village and Satori Mountain have large amounts of apple trees. After bombing the trees and collecting you drop 5 at a time in front of a fire and make them baked. There's a girl at the top Rito Village that will buy 100 baked apples for 1200 rupees. Not a crazy pay out and you have to wait a while for the trees to respawn, but it saved me early game.
Nobody seems to ever consider my favorite method: simply collect sledge hammer or other rock crushing weapons, and go slay all the rare stone taluses every blood moon. Because that's actually fun, and not a tedious repetitive chore! 😁😁😁
Personally I only fight a few Talus then I just leave them alone. Pebblits on the other hand are rewarding for me, even if they only drop amber and flint.
I just love the Luminous Stone farming because it’s very convenient and simple when you’re just playing the game normally, and every Blood Moon you just do it again.
Something that can optimize the dragon horn farming: swing a great flameblade, and during the swing, de-equip the blade. This keeps the fire constantly going. Place wood beside blade, and you have yourself an infinite campfire. This cuts down on time to restart the fire.
Thanks so much. too kind! =) i wouldn't say I'm underrated, I would say I'm still under review! =) Still new to this, and hopefully I'll grow faster and faster!
I'd imagine that a turbo controller would also be incredibly helpful for grabbing the fountain of ancient parts without killing your hands in the process
This video is so helpful!! I'm a completionist type too, but more on the casual end. So I've been mostly doing the cooking-for-cash route Since I'm a filthy casual, here's my personal favorite hunting spot in the game that I visit after every bloodmoon! Go to Kakariko Village and travel up towards the Fairy Fountain. Head slightly northeast as though you're heading to the Lanayru region, to where you can find the Mezza Lo shrine (It's the Ancient Trifecta, you have to complete Kass' shrine quest riding the buck atop the pedestal to activate it) There are a LOT of wild deer there that drop prime meat, which if you cook 5 of them in a pot together you get 210 rupees each one! All you really need is a bow and arrows. I'd recommend getting one that either has a lot of durability, or you can zoom in for headshots with. Stealth gear or elixirs are a good idea too imo Thank you so much for researching and making such an in-depth video!! You've actually inspired me to try x999ing my inventory now... which will definitely be a challenge haha :)
Can somebody tell me why you don't have 1 million subscribers? Like this is so helpful! Thank you so much! I'm trying to 100 percent Master mode and this is amazing! Please keep up the amazing work!
I know I'm late in the party but thank you for your in-depth analysis, much appreciated. My favourite method is dragon farming since technically it's not cheating! I do it just to grab a few things I want because overpowering Link would take away some of the magic this game has.
I found a way to defeat the lag and collect consitently with the gaurdian glitch! Just get on the top of the guardian and move the camera angle so it doesn't show the fountain of gaurdian parts. I was able to browse the the equipment and see how many parts I had without crashing the game which was handy. I was able to get 999 acient cores in like 5 minutes with a regular controller with no lag.
I would like to add for the hunting method: There's an NPC near the Outskirt Stable, Trott, he'll buy cuts of raw gourmet meat for 100 rupees a piece, compared to selling it for 35 raw, which is only a bit higher than what you would get if you were to cook it.
Thank you, I had to start over again, cause I recently bought a new switch and couldn’t remember how to make money like I did in the past but definitely needed that, cause this game can be challenging.
Many people don't, and I dont love them. There are some that I choose not to do. But for me after beating the game, and playing 1000 hours, I feel like i dont have anything to prove any more. But for sure, I think every 1st time playing a game should be no glitches
4:00 Meat Farming (Cooking vs. Roasting) with Ganondorf's horse, it's better just to run over the animals, also the Lynels won't attack you because if you don't take out your weapon, they won't do anything to you, besides you don't need reappear... He can make a video about this... (Meat Farming with Ganondorf's horse (Cooking vs. Roasting)
Hey, For those who want to farm snowball bowling, there is an exploit that is an almost guaranteed 300 rupees.if you pick up the snowball, walk over to pongo and focus on him, take a few wraps back.it should bounce on his head when you drop it and end up rolling a bit too the right.this is somewhat guaranteed but somewhat tricky to pull off the first time
4:00 Meat Farming (Cooking vs. Roasting) With Ganondorf's horse you can simply go over the animals and that's it, the simplest method, you don't need an aim. It is the best method without glich, and you don't need to respawn. you just go from one place to another
@@100PercentZelda Great-Horned Great-Horned Rhinoceros needs two passes but there is a technique, you pass over it and you brake, you wait for it to advance and then you hit it again, also the Lynels do not attack you if you do not draw your sword.
"bowling for sure is the worst" - the method I use lmao I still maintain though that for a new game bowling is super useful, because you need nothing except some warm clothing. So it's nice if you just wanna get a few k rupees to be useful clothing.
Could Lynel gut farming also be considered a fast way to get rupee's? Cause if you cook 4 lynel guts with a hearty lizard or tireless frog you get an elixir that sells for 2,300 rupees
Do it! Haha if you dont like glitches, this is one that like "you might as well." Haha but if you really want to have a real zelda experience, I say play the whole game the way its supposed to be played, then have more fun doing glitches and stuff
@@100PercentZelda I recently bought botw for switch after completing it on the Wii U 3 years ago, so i'm kinda new to all this farming stuff. However, I seem to remember that the Guardian parts glitch was patched. Am I remembering incorrectly? Or is this a new method and the old one was patched out?
Dude, your content and editing are top notch. Really helpful and entertaining. I just know your channel will explode if you keep going. I think BOTW 2 will be your chance to get in early on the ground floor, you'll be rubbing elbows with Austin John Plays and PewDiePie and penguinz0.

Guys. Zora's domain is made out of luminous stones. There's a carpenter out there who is in need of it that you can trade him 10 luminous stones for 1 diamond.
About the meat: There’s a guy at outskirts stable that will buy you gourmet meat at 100 rupees each piece, while cooking 5 pieces sells at 490. Selling 5 pieces of gourmet meat might take longer, but gives you more rupees (500). 10 rupees might not seem too much, but after a couple pieces it’s very noticeable. Sorry for yelling you this just now lol
With horn farming you can technically shoot the horn at least 15 times before you can get it as they dont despawn unless you teleport. The only reason I say 15 is the wind can sometimes blow them down and by 15 they will be really close to the edge
Watch my horn faming video ua-cam.com/video/iRXUKzpZMOg/v-deo.html If you do it this way, the horns won't fall down the waterfall. Theyll all stay by the spring. And! You can keep shooting up to 39 parts before you have to collect them all.

Right after every blood moon, I do a quick “rare stone talus” and “molduga” rotation. Talis give about 1,300 rupees worth gems per kill. You should have Urbosa’s Fury upgraded to + to be that quick, and you will only use this on the Talus’ that have harder to reach weak points. I then kill the 4 moldugas (not the king molduga) in the desert for about 6,000 worth of cooked fins and guts. This is a good way to make 15,000 rupees in 15 minutes, but it can only be done once every blood moon. So, this method is a quick way to make a lot of rupees, but it’s not a sustainable income over a long period of time during the early game. I use attack food for both but speed food may make the desert walking to the moldugas faster. Gold Lynels drop an average 1,700 worth of cooked ingredients and elemental arrows per kill, but I am simply not good enough to kill them in a way that make this a good option for me.
Another one is to go with ice arrows to ingeo talus. Freeze them to stand on top then go ham with a Boulder breaker (can be made by smith in Goron city). After Defeating the talus collect and sell the gems dropped. Do this after each blood moon :)
If you're willing to spend more time, after you get the maximum amount of gems you can go to the gerudo in goron city and sell 10 of them for even higher
I wind up just just selling them straight. I think it's faster overall this is the video for the last method. hope this helps! ua-cam.com/video/8k_exteLoWQ/v-deo.html
For the next rock method, it’s simpler than that. First you see what weapon she wants, then you overload the menu so you have a different weapon equipped but the game thinks you have a royal guard weapon. Basically you don’t need to drop all weapons except one. She’ll always want the sword if you have it first.
I have a farming tip! It can take a while, but next to the faron tower is a cliff with lizalfos dancing around hearty durians. Then, use stasis and discover a world of temp heart foods waiting to be cooked and sold 😀
You can farm by doing the duplication glitch. You overload your menu and trick the NPC into thinking you gave it a Royal Sword. The process is permanent and you get gems from the girl in the stable. Then sell. Only hard part is getting 5 to 6 multi shot bows with an electric arrow to start the glitch. The Yiga Clan has a lot of multi shots lying around. Lynels also have them.
I have found Zelda to be completely different Zilda. I knew there were 10 years ago. I just got my first switch. I have found it very difficult to coordinate my fingers, plus my reflexes are not very good. I’m so glad made this purchase. I’m a great grandmother, and I find this (fun) exercise just what I needed to get it back. I’ve always had great coordination and quick reflexes. I’ve been a gamer for years, open till six years ago. I’ve been playing Zelda now for almost a week, I can already see the improvement. This game is going to keep me going for a long time there’s so much to learn and so much to know. It is not simple like it used to be. I thrive on challenges. I really appreciate these little hints and helpful techniques. It’s gonna take me time to master, but I will. This is a bit more advanced that I’m at right now. I’m just trying to get warm clothing so I can go after one of the shrines it’s in the cold mountains… I have not memorize the names yet. My biggest challenge is successfully killing a boar, other than freezing it.
With cooking meat in a pot, I wonder if there are any recipies that can increase the rupee yield without too much trouble. For example, I know that using salt as a cooking ingredient has some interesting effects on the resultant dish, although it is also good for making buff food. When cooking buff food, one salt will count as the highest tier of ingridient in the pot for the buff level, and grant an additional small boost to duration and healing, and I believe it also increases the sell value compaired to normal ingredients.
Thats something I think I might look into. My first guess is that a "cooked salt" would sell the same amount no matter what you add it to. But its worth something worth checking out. Haha
I just found this out. For a more consistent way to farm prime meat there is minigame at Heteno village. Halfway up the mountain to the tech lab there's a farmer forking hay. He tells you there's a deer overpopulation and you have a minute to kill as many deer as you can, just make sure you have some stealth stuff on and only shoot the horned deers as they give prime meat. You can repeat this and the better you do the more rupees you'll get from both the prize and selling the meat. This is one of the best early game money farming methods too as I found it starting a brand new no map BotW playthrough.
Great video, thank you so much! I didn't prioritise making rupees at all so I have nowhere near enough to free the last great fairy, but I think I will try the luminous stones method! that seems like a lot of fun to me
1:59 Couldn't you save time traveling from the shrine by placing the Traveler's Medallion at the top of the cliff and fast traveling there assuming you had the DLC? (Which I see you do since you're on the Master Cycle Zero.)
Note: in normal mode you will only get rubies from selling royal guard weapons giving you around 240,000 rupees for a stack of rubies or around 36,000 rupees every 10 minutes in normal mode
100 Percent Zelda I made over 30000 rupees that’s nice! I just mashed for 10 minutes straight but couldn’t remember how many I had before starting selling, but I’m pretty sure I didn’t sell everything Prica gave me :D
On the Farosh farm method. I've noticed that sometimes the dragon will not spawn unless you spawn from further away. I usually travel to faron tower and farm hearty durian along the way. Also if you climb one of the tall palm trees to place the campfire you will be shielded from lightning strikes by the treetop.
Conclusion to me is that the best farming method is just playing the game. As I run around the world and fight silver enemies and mine stuff along the way, I get a ton of money and I'm almost never short on funds. And when I do, it's a perfect opportunity to go out there and have more fun doing various things. In contrast to just doing the same exact thing over an over again for such a relatively small reward isn't really worth it. At least for me.

Took 2 months for me to realize what your goal was.... glad I could help. Haha
@@lo3r3nzo What makes it a good number, it just is combining a um, “Position,” with a day for weed. What actually makes it funny or good?

I actually thought that merchant talking about how she had to get away from the zora prince, (spotted at night on the trail to zoras domain) was one of them too.

i made the mistake of rupee farming my first playthrough. the best rupee farming is just playing the fucking game as it was intended. When you get gems, sell them. that's it.
I actually agree with this. Only after you have nothing left to do, then you start filling around collecting things. Haha
I have 120000 rupees from selling things I don’t need

You are for sure the first person to mention this! I'll look into it!
You can also sell Flint to her husband in the Inn there.
Which lady?
Gaby G the wife in Rito Village
i do this, i get all the apples from satori mountain, then tp to goron city, you can roast 10 apples at a time by chucking them on the ground

This video is so helpful!! I'm a completionist type too, but more on the casual end. So I've been mostly doing the cooking-for-cash route
Since I'm a filthy casual, here's my personal favorite hunting spot in the game that I visit after every bloodmoon!
Go to Kakariko Village and travel up towards the Fairy Fountain. Head slightly northeast as though you're heading to the Lanayru region, to where you can find the Mezza Lo shrine (It's the Ancient Trifecta, you have to complete Kass' shrine quest riding the buck atop the pedestal to activate it)
There are a LOT of wild deer there that drop prime meat, which if you cook 5 of them in a pot together you get 210 rupees each one! All you really need is a bow and arrows. I'd recommend getting one that either has a lot of durability, or you can zoom in for headshots with. Stealth gear or elixirs are a good idea too imo

The best method is killing every stone talus then sell all the gems and you’ll get around 50,000
Preston Dauphine but then again it takes way longer
I go over it in part 2!
ua-cam.com/video/v83TduvRR70/v-deo.html
Gold Lynels drop an average 1,700 worth of cooked ingredients and elemental arrows per kill, but I am simply not good enough to kill them in a way that make this a good option for me.
that good methods!

Another one is to go with ice arrows to ingeo talus. Freeze them to stand on top then go ham with a Boulder breaker (can be made by smith in Goron city). After Defeating the talus collect and sell the gems dropped. Do this after each blood moon :)
Any talus works for this but I’ve had the best luck with getting really valuable ore from Igneo
Talus farming has been a popular mention because it's more fun to do. It's definitely something I may look into

If you're willing to spend more time, after you get the maximum amount of gems you can go to the gerudo in goron city and sell 10 of them for even higher

I wind up just just selling them straight. I think it's faster overall

I like to weapon dupe and trade my false sword over and over to the girl who will give you a gem. Then sell all the gems
yes! that is the best one!
For the next rock method, it’s simpler than that. First you see what weapon she wants, then you overload the menu so you have a different weapon equipped but the game thinks you have a royal guard weapon. Basically you don’t need to drop all weapons except one. She’ll always want the sword if you have it first.

dangit, wish i knew this before i calculated the overloading method
haha but now you know!
Lynels also have them.
yes! the best way! =)
U got this grandma!!! 🙏❤️😁
I didn't prioritise making rupees at all so I have nowhere near enough to free the last great fairy, but I think I will try the luminous stones method! that seems like a lot of fun to me
awesome! Happy to help! =)
Wait only 500 subs? I was expecting atleast 150K. You just got 1 more sub closer to it
haha! thanks! I'm trying my best. I'm just new to this. It was a few months journey, and I'm closer and closer
1:59 Couldn't you save time traveling from the shrine by placing the Traveler's Medallion at the top of the cliff and fast traveling there assuming you had the DLC? (Which I see you do since you're on the Master Cycle Zero.)
so simple! I didn't even think about it!
I stopped playing breath of the wild because I did a lot in it,but this is very useful information if you just started playing!
Thanks for the mini promo! =)
I farm for the luminous stones then go to Ledo at the Zora's Domain. For 10 of them, he pays you with a diamond, and they sell for 500 rupees
This is good of you want to collect diamonds, but 10 luminous stones sells for 700 rupees
Note: in normal mode you will only get rubies from selling royal guard weapons giving you around 240,000 rupees for a stack of rubies or around 36,000 rupees every 10 minutes in normal mode
is that true? I didn't know that
I’ve never thought of overloading the menu to sell infinitely Royal weapons to that girl! Thanks!
you're so welcome! =)
100 Percent Zelda I made over 30000 rupees that’s nice! I just mashed for 10 minutes straight but couldn’t remember how many I had before starting selling, but I’m pretty sure I didn’t sell everything Prica gave me :D
@@timetotango9453 happy to help! =)
How do you overload
@@grayhill774 I think this channel has a video that explains it clearly, can you find it?
Is this applicable now? 2022?🤔
yes! check out a few of my videos for the tutorials for those glitches
