Wow the meme sound effects used were so well done! makes like 70% of the quality of the video. Maybe a bit cheesy for adults, but still enjoyable. I've hardly ever seen such a good use of an extensive variety of pop-culture/memes.

I've played for well over 150 hours and not once has this happened to me. It seems like you'd have to literally be trying to get hit for it to happen.
