Royals are not supposed to use their titles for commercial gain but they continue to do so. The children should not have titles if there is no proof of existing or parentage. The parents stepped away from monarchy have no right to titles as a consequence. Common sense. If the title of Prince implies a life of service, it seems Beatrice and Eugenie should not be titled Princesses any longer. This would lend consistency to the idea that Harry's children and all other royal children born of second-born or third-born princes, etc. not be given those titles. Lesser titles, Lord, Lady, etc.
Easy to fix the title issues going forward. The succession for female was changed but did not look back to adjust Anne’s position. Therefore Beatrice and Eugenie should stay princesses. Going forward it should be made clear a title is only given for service to the Crown.

The Queen stopped them to some extent in the beginning (when they tried to globally trademark "Sussex Royal" as their branding) but they still kept up in other ways by using their titles constantly everywhere they could when doing business. Royals are not supposed to use their titles for commercial gain but they continue to do so. Even Meghan's children's book has simply "Meghan, Duchess of Sussex" for the author on the front cover... they use them to make money and stay in the limelight.

If the title of Prince implies a life of service, it seems Beatrice and Eugenie should not be titled Princesses any longer. This would lend consistency to the idea that Harry's children and all other royal children born of second-born or third-born princes, etc. not be given those titles. Lesser titles, Lord, Lady, etc.
Easy to fix the title issues going forward. The succession for female was changed but did not look back to adjust Anne’s position. Therefore Beatrice and Eugenie should stay princesses. Going forward it should be made clear a title is only given for service to the Crown.

What in the world makes you people think M &H will change if kids get titles? Once they're given they will return to dumping on the royalty.

Regardless of King Charles' title, he's a human being who's a parent who makes mistakes. Harry needs to work through his personal problems in private. Most of us have some "familial trauma." Unfortunately, when I became a parent I didn't get a manual. Did you?

Nope I didn't either. I agree they should talk privately. Has nothing to do with the monarch. They do not need Prince Harry for that purpose and Prince Harry does not need them for anything. So I hope they resolve their issues before anything happens to either one of them.
I wish the King luck but I don’t think there is much hope of a nice cozy family relationship with Meaghan and Harry. There isn’t any percentage in such an outcome for Harry and his wife. All the fractiousness feeds the need for those two to stay in the spotlight. I think they thought they could go to Hollywood and instantly take their place on every “A” list and that hasn’t really happened at all. If they cannot keep themselves in the limelight with their endless whining over how terrible the RF is then what else is left for them. They certainly aren’t willing to put the work into being working and active members of the Royal Family, they have made that plain.
That is his son. Regardless of how much you hate Harry a parent will never turn his/her back on their child. When you have kids we can have a debate.

Hopefully the “difficult decisions” the King will make include NEVER giving those California-based children Prince and Princess titles - they are owed nothing, particularly when they won’t work for us, the British people.
Harry made the queens finals years hell. He didn’t even allow her to mourn her husband of 73 years in peace and doing Oprah while Philip was on his deathbed is just unforgivable.
How is it that Katie, the author, was never asked about her responsibility for her comments [one about...George saying his dad will be a king so don’t mess with him....to this topic] that caused for Prince George’s death threats and wanting harm done to Prince George, who is only 9 yrs old......plus, why was her lie (called out as not true by Prince George’s family) not confirmed or refuted?
Is this another case of Oprah Winfrey’s ‘soft interview ..........like......of Meghan Markle’ whereby nothing important was asked but rather ‘gave a platform/opportunity to Katie so she can enrich herself with advertisement moment to sell her new book?

You do have some extraordinary people on your show ! .Katie Nicholls sucks up to the traitors, I wouldn't buy anything she wrote. She was the one who spread gossip about Prince George, she needs sacking from her job. Yuk, sorry couldn't listen to her, had to switch off.
