The problems of Nigeria is more than just constitution. Have he asked why they adopted a "scam " in the first place? The reason why they adopted a "scam constitution" in the first place is the real cause of problems of Nigeria. And that is the inability of the different nations or tribes to work together equally with each other in good faith. One of the major bases of the present crisis in Nigeria is the 1999 constitution / amended in 2010, and amended in 2018 generally presumed to favor a faction of the country. What if we revert to the 1979 constitution which to a large extent kept Nigeria together as one nation united, and indivisible? That could resolve our issues, and reset the country. We can try.
