Hi, I bought this one but when I try to use the food processor it won’t recognize the speed and maintains it on low speed, really can’t figure out what we are doing wrong, does yours recognize automatically? When we use the liquificator it automatically goes to high but not with the food processor

Peut être pourriez vous envoyer directement un mail au service client Kenwood et ils vous indiqueront probablement un endroit ou acheter les pièces necessaire (et au besoin livre de recette aussi) Bonne journée Tof..

Thanks for this, helped me pack everything to return it. I was really disappointed by the quality of it, between cheap plastic part (see the comments breaking the whisk, I'm not surprised, I really don't expect the disk holding the classes to last long either). All in all this just seems as bad a build quality as the cheaper options, unfortunately.
