As it’s the month of Halloween, we thought we would give our viewers a few creepy facts about space and the terrifying possibilities that are posed to us here on Earth. To say that the never ending astrological plane we have come to know as ‘space’ is both beautiful and frightening in equal measure is an understatement to say the least. There are numerous factors within this cosmological vista and so much to learn from the momentous works of NASA, telescopic engineers and scientists from the past and present that one should not dismiss the importance of what is out there. Likewise; when we look to the stars - via satellites, telescopes or with the naked eye, there is definitely something sinister and intensely overpowering about this infinite arena that even the most prolific of astronomers are unable to comprehend. So let us begin this Halloween episode of Access Astronomy with a few hauntingly scary facts about Space.

Thank you! Her voice is soothing, however, its definitely the strange way she stretches out the ending of the words makes me feel like I’m on a strange Bratash 🇬🇧 word roller coaster. Why people do that is baffling.
@Legiran True! I thought, who knew that Chills has an adopted sister?! She has a nice voice but the inflections are a bit too much for my ears.
I was literally wondering the same. I kept asking myself, " why is she narrating like that? Is she trying to sound like Chills?"
OMG! I was hoping that I wasn't the only one who felt this way. It's almost like she's quietly whining. If you increased the volume by a factor of 10 as well as her pitch, she'd be unbearable. As it stands, it's just terribly annoying. It's a shame that she sounds like this. Space is my favorite subject and to have a barrier like this is damn disappointing...
My favourite Space trivia, Saturn would float in water!

But I for one feel that "Saturn" is our Solar System's coolest-looking celestial body.

Constructive criticism: I like the new voice. She sounds robotic, and tries to maintain one tone through out the video. I think she should try other tones with her voice instead of the one.
I've been a LONG TIME subscriber to what I thought was most of your channels! But I immediately jumped over and subscribed to ✨Access Astronomy✨ when this one ended, only to see you've been busy li'l pimples! But THIS! THIS was brilliant and terrifying and beautiful and awe inspiring! And Mrs. Pimples has such a soothing voice, it's a pleasure to settle back and listen.. So, again, from a long time fan (probably 5 years or more?) Thank you for opening my interests to now wanting to delve deeply into the field of Astronomy! I found this awesomely interesting! 🌌🌠☄️

It takes 40 000 years for a photon to travel from the centre of the sun to its surface, and another 8 minutes for the same photon to travel from surface of the sun to the Earth!

It’s all about the voice. Sorry, I can’t listen to a voice like this. I find it distracting and not pleasant to listen to. No ‘stars’ on this video for this reason.

When it comes to space and our ultimate demise, it is what it is. There is no stopping the inevitable. Therefore, there is no sense in being fearful of it. As they say, “Live life as though there is no tomorrow”, because there very well may not be for us all.
I used to be terrified of death and about the unpredictable future inwhich we all beare in our own individual ways; live in the moment and only the moment. Note those who love you and love them back. Grow, love, breathe and flourish.
