This is a showcase of every unique weapon that is available in the brand new Convergence mod for Elden Ring. The Convergence mod is a large scale overhaul that adds 27 new starting classes, 30 new weapons and 360 new spells. These weapons all have custom models and all showcased here aside from a couple have completely unique Ashes of War as well. I tried my best to showcase all weapons' models as well as their movesets.

Actually (not to be a 🤓) the Three Fingers Blade has the same moveset as the Zamor Curved Sword.
I had it set to unique and was going to add the edit that it was Zamor but forgot. Thanks lol

oh I'm so hyped for this mod... the ds3 one was an absolute BLAST
I loved DS3 convergence, the only thing that may rival it for DS3 would be Archthrones

The Lore notes attached to each weapon are a masterful touch. They add just enough to be believable within the Elden Ring Universe without going overboard into the uncanny valley
Like Malenia's training weapon being a curved sword, which eventually gets stained with her rot curse.
Yeah that was something I love about Convergence is that they stick to the Lord and/or add to it that makes sense

Yeh they did fix it actually, death blight applies to all sensible enemies and procs like a pestilence effect, not an insta kill

I don't remember exactly what the madness got but it did get adjusted for the better
This is utterly insane. The weapon models and the ashes of war look like they were made by the actual developers themselves.

@@megamanx1291 I never played any mods. It’s just impressive that they make mods that look official, I can’t imagine a regular mod team doing work on a triple a game and improving it in many ways this seamlessly. I bet ds3 convergence is just as impressive tho.

@@kompf9099Yeah he really makes the way too flashy, I like them more like this, flashy but still reasonably simple, just a few actions for each AoW
5:42 I think the leaden maul is meant to be radagons original weapon. It talks of perfection, something radagon strived for, and its weapon art animation is derived from radagons moveset. We know radagon was a blacksmith (he crafted the golden order greatsword), so it makes sense for him to have a hammer.
I don't recall any mention of Radagon being a blacksmith... indeed it seems like he was a seamstress... it is mentioned that when he married Rennala he brought with him needles and tailoring tools.
@@alexschwallz1954 Your right, its never explicitly declared, but he crafted the Golden Order Greatsword so it makes sense for him to have experience smithing. Theres also a theory that he is the one who crafted the Grafted Greatsword.

I mean, crafted is not the word I would use to describe the bastardisation of full moon greatsword into golden order greatsword
It's pretty wild it's only an alpha release and there this much content. Makes me excited for what wil come since DS3 Convergence was so insane! Really hoping for some more unique ultra greatswords and straight swords!
I love all of these. My one complaint is with the Blade of Scarlet Bloom. At the end of its ash of war, the feet animations kinda just snap back into place from the final step. This is a minor issue though, and will undoubtedly be fixed. Great job so far.

Note on the Celestial Blade:
The Charged AoW combos immediately into the Uncharged AoW, which is even more anime-esque and a cool addition. So after shooting the big wave, you can instantly teleport into your own wave.
Its incredible how many attacks you can dodge and immediately punish.

After going for 5 Hours with my Mage build getting my Ass utterly destroyed and getting carried by my Coop Partner we found this thing...and let me tell you.
I was immediately in love with this Weapon. And after finding out i can tp in to my own attack...jesus suddenly i was the Close Combat Fighter dishing out big numbers to the Boss.
this thing is just incredible. and when you keep an eye on your FP you can tp out of most attacks just to counterattack. It soooo freaking good. i LOVE this weapon lmfao.

Really glad you released these. As much as I love the big bombastic weapons with their own showcases, I can feel more like there's a point to playing it with these because I'd probably use something more simple for most of the playthrough because deleting enemies with an Ash of War is less fun than combat to me.
These are SO GOOD.
Would want a Great Axe with a moveset more similar to Godfrey's or to the BKGA, I hope they make it.

Great mod so far, kind of like that its smaller (hope it gets more attention though) because it makes it so you have to find things out on your own.
Convergence for DS3 was huge so I have no doubt it will blow up
i like the fact that some weapons are just reskins but better and some like the molten sword are just the same weapon but with a different move set

All of these weapons look so good and fit super well within the world and expand on some of the lesser represented weapon classes. My reapers still need some love, but I really liked the hammers you added and the the Glaive of the ancients looks so clean. I love how most of the weapons are focused around their elemental scaling too. Absolutely huge props, can't imagine the amount of work y'all put into this and can't wait to check this one out.
great showcase, incredibly useful for seeing al lthe new weapons the mod's added! if you know, do you have any clue where the thorn of the guilty weapon is? i haven't found the location anywhere else on the internet, and i've just been scouring for it everywhere i can think of ingame.

Thanks for the showcase, it appears there seems to be a unique weapon for every starting class, except for the blood flame class? I didn’t see a weapon utilizing FAI/ARC with fire damage, shame.
It is likely that they will make more in the future. Even some of the spells for classes aren't utilized yet (some necromancer)

Gorgeous weapons. I like that they embraced more of the fantasy aspect. I'm a sucker for crystal style and magic weapons
Yeah, I enjoy the fantasy as well. Lords of the Fallen has me excited for their dark fantasy armor and weapons

Love it when you show what the skill effect when there is enemy
There is a golden order spell called golden displacement that lets you play a blink strike character, you can use the aeonian rush or celestial blade, blink in with the ash, use a slam spell and blink away with displacement.
Either way, that spell saved me from many deaths so far.
Excellent work, my only real complaint is just the descriptions of the items, as it seems like it's just the lore part and doesn't include a description of the item itself, but I'm sure this will be done as the mod continues to get improved and polished.
Yeah, they had excellent descriptions for ds3 convergence imo so I have no doubt they will improve

The flails are still in like the miserable to use section they get almost zero love I love it
All theses weapons are badass, and you guys make awesome stuff, keep up the good work! Love the Sulliens Twinblade and it's skill. Also the celestial blade is truly a diamond in this collection

Tbh I like medium to light builds and the glintstone cleaver looks like it could be sick in a 2 axe build. Maybe something with a different damage type
After a bunch of challenge runs, I think it's time to enjoy the game with this mod
They remind me a little bit of those premium/high-tier weapons from For Honor. Same consistency in decorations and gems, same kind of fantasy styling but with somewhat realistic shapes etc. Good stuff!
I think the stone claws should have a stone or a dirt throw at the end of the AoW, just like a beastly thing to do, just a suggestion 😁

I love the madness curved greatsword, does the mod change how the madness status effect works to make it more viable in PvE?
Yes actually it does! "Now affects all enemies - Deals 6% of total HP as damage on target upon proc and the target deals 20% less damage for 20 seconds afterwards" - From patch notes
It's a really cool mod, I've been waiting for weapons that fits the game's artstyle. Only issue that I have is that it is too limited in factions. A lot of magma and glitstone weapons, but no blackflame for example.
It's alpha right now I have no doubt they will cover more if not all magic types
The celestial blade goes hard in the paint
Can you do other Elden ring rework move set, like Dragon Greatclaw has a different charge attack, or Morgott's Cursed Sword has different attack moveset

As a mage build, seeing the frozen twin blades and Celestial Blade and Sword of The Cosmos was so freaking cool! It is a real damn shame that a lot of gaming devs to not allow/showcase the efforts of the modding community that sometimes make things so much better and brings back renewed excitement for replay their games! Especially having servers that is dedicated to modders for online play where those who do NOT have these can show off and go crazy!

@@SnugglytheCrowDS1 Sounds great! I never modded Elden Ring before. Right now I'm doing rework on all of my videos. I'm changing my format to short vertical videos only. But I want to work on making mod review videos for Elden Ring. This is indeed one of the best games From Software has released. I'm very impressed with Elden Ring! Thank you for your reply again Snuggly. For now I'm looking for weapon mods and sexy armor mods for Elden Ring. I already know Nexus is the first place I'm going to hit up for mods.
Yeah for most mods it's as easy as drag and drop into modengine2's mod folder then launch the ER batch file. The Roaring Forge and clever raptor do some amazing weapons, syyyke, TxH studios and vulgyren all have some great magic overhauls and these are all very nice people. I hope this helps you get a good start.

That cosmic night and flame sword was just STUNNING. I love the sweep motion of the standard SoNaF's fire attack, and the added gravity effects look amazing. Fabulous job on this mod!

Wait so have some of the weapons been removed? I saw on another convergence showcase video that there is 45 weapons total? If i download the latest convergence mod, will I get access to all weapons in the game (after I find them of course)?

So that is likely including staves, seals etc. also weapons that haven't fully been implemented yet which I don't cover in these videos

I think moveset of Sword of cyclops and other few greatswords are using knight's unique greatsword moveset and judging by their name, I suggest different moveset for some of it
Otherwise everything was awesome and creative
I think all great swords now have the same base r1 moveset

They have patch notes with locations at the bottom of their Nexus page and I've also made a guide video on them that should be up later today
I don't doubt the Convergence team for one second, but I do hope that they implement proper animation blending for the weapons and their AoW's.

No, I think the only two that may have gotten replaced were sword of night and flame and maybe magma blade

I'm curious, are the spell Catalyst all interchangeable as in every spelled Catalyst can hybrid cast or no?
So for the most part spells and incants are still separate in seal and staves. But I also haven't found all the items yet there might be a few that can do both

I love that this is so Dark Souls 4 that the alternative moveset for big swords is: "Hey you, remember Hollowslayer? No? Well let me tell you a story..."

Great mod! Id just prefer for the underworld axes aow to be just one lightning coming down like with the vanilla aow lightning slash instead of multiple.
Thats also my main complaint that some of the aow just look straight undodgable and completely and unnecessarily overkill
