I like the look of the product and the video was informative. However I am not sure how to address my wood stove chimney is there a sashing larger than the round vent cap that you show in the video that would accommodate a 6" stove pipe?

You'd probably have to buy a special flashing from them that integrates with their roofing system. Look at how their skylight and that little vent at 23:26.
