Cliffs of Dover is a great song. Pretty cool Celtic-y riff. Also, Little wing is proof that you can recycle old stuff for inspiration and come up with something neat.
That’s the cover of Axis: Bold As Love I’m pretty sure. Apparently Hendrix wanted something to reflect his Indian (Indigenous) heritage, but the artist that did the cover misinterpreted it as Eastern Indian and came up with that.
No shit! Your country is pretty much well known for their outlandish god depictions, brutally spicy foods, bullshit spirituality and dumping corpses in rivers.
Awesome video Mikey. When you get a chance, would you please cover a blues guitarist from the 70s named Little Beaver. He had a few hits while recording under the Miami Soul Sound era but his guitar licks were one of a kind. Songs like Losing that feeling, Joey, and Mama forgot to tell me are all standouts in my opinion. Check it out when you can. Keep up the great work.
Hey man pro tip I noticed you weren't pickslanting for Cliffs Of Dover. I suggest looking into it if you're getting into shred pieces. It makes it a lot easier to play harder pieces.
Ok first we can get Henson out of the mix cause we all know his "riffs" are beat samples that he drops to the slowest bpm until he learns them. I would love to sit with the kid for a day and watch how he ACTUALLY plays. I bet it's shorts and a bunch of non sense , cause he can only play in the studio and what he's rehearsed a million times. Jamming isn't in his bag

The picture where jimi hendrix had ten heads are our Gods worshipped in India🇮🇳

If only this was true ...

How Ben Weinmann managed to write all of TDEP’s calculating infinity is beyond me.

Dumbest shit I’ve ever heard. You can play things without doing the exact same technique as others.
You should make full videos of ideas like this
I sit and wonder how I suck so much I can't even play Come As You Are correctly yet. Lol.
just keep practicing brotha
Id say tornado of souls by Megadeth is pretty complex😅
he made a video of him learning that a while back lmao ua-cam.com/video/rFAeEIedWfI/v-deo.html
Most Van Halen tunes, they make no sense but god they are magical. I love them!

I think he said 5 or 7 years
Yeah, it was like 5 years, he said
Mikey you are my favorite UA-cam guitarst ❤
Do a room tour
can you make a part two and do the guy at the start you said polyphia guy
help my guitar teacher wants me to learn little wing in a month and im not that good at guitar
Practice and it will come, once you learn the first parts the rest comes mutch easily
If a riff has your thumb wrapped around the neck… its never difficult 😂😂😂😂
*laughs in Neon*
This part of Cliffs of Dover is a solo mate, not a riff 🤡
It’s a song you fucking biscuit
Maybe make the video longer to actually play the original song 🥹

I think Jimi Hendrix's most complicated riff (and probably of his generation) is his Woodstock improvisation.
First please pin❤
Please don't
@@nxxynx5039 huh?
