For MOBILE & CONSOLE ONLY PLAYERS: You still need a PC Account! Think of the PC account like the glue to connect all other consoles together. When connecting your first console, make sure you choose the console you want shared on all platforms as the Primary account. That account will be linked to PC. Link all the next consoles to PC (since your Primary console is already connected to it) and you'll be good to go. You don't have to use the PC account
So if you don’t have pc u cant do it

❓ Good question if I *link* my Console (PS4) acc to PC, do I still have the name I created on PC as I logged in? Because you said something like this, that the in-game name still the same as from the platform, not the main acc or something 🤔 because I'm scared to confirn, I don't want to play with my PS4 name anymore

So yes, you created a *new acc* on PC for example, And the name is different than on the console → ingame it stays the same as when you logged in on the PC↓
Basically (main acc nickname name ❎) (Console/individual nickname ✅)

For console players that want to link their PS to Xbox and vice versa, you HAVE to create a PC account. When creating the PC account, link the main the main console account to the newly created PC account (It will take the PC account name btw). When asking which account is the primary, pick your PS/Xbox account, and link. Now even though you chose the console account as your main, it essentially copies it to the PC account. So it'll show the PC account as the main, BUT it will have your console progress. Then click the link account option again and choose the actual console you want to link (so the opposite console of the previously linked one). Its gonna show the PC account as the primary but you'll see the normal progress of your account so don't panic. Finish the link process as normal and you're good to go. My situation went like this: Create PC acct > Xbox acct + PC acct = XboxPC acct > Sign in with PS acct > XboxPC acct + Sony acct = XboxPCSony acct. Sorry for the confusion, if i could use pics it would be easier.
Yes. The PC account is the linking account to connect everything else.

So after i linked my switch to the new PC making the switch the primary it onlt let me merge my PlayStation
When I make a new PC acc like u did it say that the current acc you are logged into will be connected to the other acc u put in but like u said in the vid you have to be logged into the primary acc I'm trying to connect PS5 to Nintendo but every time I log back into my PS5 acc the option to link disappears. Am I bad at taking in info or did I miss something? pls help because I don't want a acc that I never played to change my progress on my PS5 that I been playing on for 2 month now.

when i try to connect to cross save, im trying to play my pc account on my switch because my pc is really slow now, but it doesn’t give me the option to choose from merge or link. it only lets me merge, will i be able to still play with my pc acc on my switch if i merge them?
Yes, when you merge the accounts, it combines both accounts into one account that is playable on both platforms

And also if you have Xbox do I press the pc button to transfer to all my Xbox stuff to there then use that pc acccount with other consoles
You have to listen to what is being said. When you link accounts you choose a primary account. That account becomes the primary account for all platforms.

If you haven’t logged in to Xbox in awhile do that but you setup cross save on the website. Just make Xbox your primary account
so i play on ps4 and created pc account and link it with my main ps4 choosing obviously ps4 is my primary account, does the name stay the same or it changes to the pc one ? i'm confused here
Each account name stays the same. You’ll be playing with the Primary account you chose though
One day, my PS4 got BLOD and it died permanently. Instead of buying another ps4 or Ps5, I prefer laptop gaming core i7 + rtx 4060. And this cross save is really save me. I can continue playing my 2 years warframe account

I started and only played on my PS account for years and bought a lot of skins and other cosmetic items over the year but eventually I moved over to pc and started from scratch and I actually like my pc account more but would like all the cosmetics from my ps account. I cant seem to enable it for my iphone i try to click on it but it wont open new tab like it did for ps5 and switch what might be the problem here

If you login to a different email on console then it is technically a different account

I messed up right at the very end I linked my Xbox acc to PC acc instead of my PS Acc 1st and then Merge my Xbox to my ps acc; then I linked my PS account to another PC Acc and now I can’t merge cause the Xbox is linked on another PC acc, because it prompted the merge (before I made another PC acc to link) but I’d be kicked out my clan and I wasn’t having that so thanks for helping good vid ❤ 🙏🏾 PS. is there any way I can delete my pc account associated with my Xbox account so it won’t be linked anymore then merge it with my PS acc or that’s unlikely
Nope. You can try Warframe support but you might be screwed

i chos my ps5 acc as main account on a specific email after creating pc account(these 2 are merged and ps5 account will be the main one)(i had this for cross trade btw)
if i for example download warframe on pc now and i login to the acc i made for pc but its merged. do i still get my ps5 account on pc?(i hope so)
If these two are merged then you should get everything on both

I want to know that if i link my Ps4 account to PC and choose ps4 account as the primary account, will the username of my ps4 account remain the same or will it be changed to the PC account's username? Im a bit confused and would like some help.
Usernames won’t change per platform as I stated in the video
I had more progress on my playstation, so i used that on my primary account, so can i log in on my pc because of cross save?
Yep. That’s the idea. You should be able to pickup your progress on any platform you link

They are two different accounts so it shouldn’t matter

Nope. As I said in the video, these decisions are permanent. You can try to contact support to get it resolved

iOS is included with Cross Save. An iOS account isn't a PC account but if you can login and go to cross save, give it a try

When linking from PS5 to PC since the PC account is new do I have to set the PS5 account as the main to get all the items on pc or can I make the empty PC account the primary?

Since your PC account is new, just link it. Make your PS4 the Primary account

You’re not alone. Looks like they are having issues. You might want to wait and have them fix the issues and come back in a couple of days

No. Your iOS is the Primary account so your PS4 account will go away and you'll play your iOS account on every platform

Why would you want to? As stated, you need to have an account on all the platforms you want to cross save with first

This is designed to link all accounts into one primary account so you can use on any platform. You'll need to have accounts on the other platforms first

Again, you don’t need a pc. You just need access to the website. Make a PC account, sync your Switch account and make it the Primary. Then link your Xbox account. That’s it.

What do you mean? No matter what you play on, you have to create PC account to link accounts. If you also play on Steam, you should already have a PC account.

Ok I think after researching and trying to read as much as I can I would need to merge my accounts. My dominant one is my XBOX ONE account. I wish to merge my resources and such to my XBOX ONE platform from my Nintendo Switch Account..
So if I understand this correctly,..
1. Create PC WARFRAME ACCOUNT
2. Select Merge Accounts. Pick XBOX 1 then Nintendo switch .... then Merge.?
3. Make Xbox 1 account my Dominant account?

Yes, if your Xbox and Nintendo accounts are accounts that can be merged then do that. I've never merged accounts but yes make your Xbox account your primary. Try to merge as soon as possible.

Email addresses have nothing to do with connecting accounts. All of our account we linked have different email accounts.
@@CloudGamingBattle I made a warframe PC account like you say, I play a little bit with but I hope that doesn't matter. When I go to link my account for xbox and click on 'connect account' it gives a message saying "WE COULD NOT FIND A WARFRAME ACCOUNT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PLATFORM. PLEASE LOG INTO WARFRAME ON YOUR CONSOLE FIRST AND TRY AGAIN." It doesn't give me a window to put in my xbox account or anything. If you can help with this I'd appreciate that.
When is the last time you logged in to the Xbox Warframe account?
The account is probably deactivated. You are going to have to login to the account on Xbox to re-activate it first

Yes. Make the Switch the Primary. Then add everything else after

You’re not even on the cross save part. You’re just making a PC account. Choose PC

See the pinned comment. The PC account is needed to link the accounts. That’s it. You don’t actually need to play on it

Yes. Please understand what you are trying to do here. You are making one Primary account to play on all platforms. Make sure you choose wisely

im trynna link my PS account to Xbox and whatnot, but everytime i try and log on the xbox or connect it, it says it cant find a warframe account connected to that platform, and i read some of the comments/replies about needing to be logged on warframe on that console, and i currently am but im still getting the same message, is there a way to fix that or no?

Nope. Just need to login on each platform recently. Once you do that, try again.

Your Steam account is not really different at all. You still have to login with your Warframe account credentials. That’s a PC account
When i try to create a PC account it wont let me, it says there is already an account associated with that email. I never had a PC let alone a Warframe account on PC.

@@CloudGamingBattle No I think it may have been an issue with my tablet, I tried it on my cousins pc and I was able to reset the password to that PC account. I'm still worried someone may have tried to steal my account or prevent me from merging by creating this PC account. Idk. I just know I never made that account and there's no play time on it. Thanks for trying to assist me though I didn't really expect a response.
Resetting the password should work for you. If not, contact Warframe support

You still need an account to cross save. Signup on your phone and make make your PS5 the primary account. Easy

It's telling you to try again later? Then try again later. Try tomorrow if it still doesn't work
