Exploring IKARIA - The Greek Island of Long Life (Blue Zone)
I visited Ikaria in 2000. Then it was less touristy, mostly hippies :). It's true that people have no stress at all and most of them are super friendly and hospitable. I believe this is the key ingredient to their longevity. I remember a T-Shirt from a waiter in a tavern saying "Ρολόι, Άγχος, Ταλαιπωρία δεν έχουν θέση στην Ικαρία" meaning "Clock, Anxiety and Hardship has no place in Ikaria".
I stayed in Ikaria for 25 days and it was a really refreshing change from my usual summer vacations in Greece.
I enjoyed this video. Interacting with the locals in Ikaria who are so warm, hospitable, generous, fun, and humble♥️♥️🥰🥰

there are a lot of unknown islands in Greece that tourists dont know about them...there is the real vacations...the real experience...the real thing of good living...go do some research before visiting greek islands...and cats are the guardians of Greece...be nice to them or feel the rage of the Greeks...eat lightly...drink water a lot...smile...dna listens to you and what you eat and drink...always be nice to other even they disappoint you in the future...you will live longer...let the worries not bother you for much...live for the present...future you cant predict...learn from the past...dont make the same mistakes...(mistakes are the things that made you feel bad)...but cosider other's ppl feelings into that...always put yourself in other ppl's shoes...you are not alone in this world...you are free to do what you want ...but there are other ppl living with you in this world...must consider them also...if we have worldwide consider of that..we would have been a better world
