The reason why there is no obligatory passport control at any of the three frontier post/ cities that make up this border zone, if you take the local bus service, which does a continuous circuit of the three, is that locals cross the borders in every direction without let or hindrance as Ciudad del Este (Paraguay's second biggest city) lives from duty free shopping, smuggling and shoppers entering from Brazil, and to a lesser extent, from Argentina. Smuggling is widespread and the border is uncontrollable and it is not in Paraguay's commercial interest to do so. It is tolerated by all three countries. Lots of illegal money gets laundered here too. The real frontier controls are 15 miles within Brazil, and likewise Argentina, where police and dogs will enter buses and check documents, shady looking foreigners will receive attention even if they look gormless and innocent. Paraguay doesn't really check anything as there is no reason to, they make money from all the shenanigans.. Dogs once detected drugs on an Argentine bus I was travelling on the route Cordoba> Posadas>Puerto Iguazu> Iguacu Brazil>Onwards to Sao Paulo. The bus was impounded, our bags unloaded and sniffed and the bus company was found to be doing the smuggling; maconha packed into the drivers cockpit at Posadas. We all hung around and waited for a clean bus from Argentina to take us onwards to Sao Paulo. great fun not! You have been warned...

Gamla stan is beautiful, but it seems to me that you - just like so many others - ends up at Västerlånggatan. Västerlånggatan is the worst tourist trap in Stockholm. Almost nothing is genuine. Bring the camera around and discover Österlånggatan and adjacent allies instead. Stortorget is nice but so is Järntorget and go and visit the other churches.

Pastel mandi'o and pajagua are made with 'mandioca,' which most people call Yuca, not with flour. Chipa and mbeju are made from corn flour and starch. We usually accompany chipa and mbeju with coffee or cocido (a traditional Paraguayan drink). We usually eat soup with a meal for lunch or dinner. I loved your video. Presidents do not live in the Casa Rosada. They live in the "quinta de Olivos". Apx 1 hour north by vehicle. They use the helicopter to travel from Casa Rosada to Quinta de Olivos.

Su inicio esta muy equivocado. Salvo que Ciudad del este ya no sea Paraguay..😅. Siendo ciudad del este la tercera potencia en el mundo del turismo comercial.. o de donde creen q salen los millones y millones de doláres al año del comercio fronterizo mediante los turistas 🤷🏻‍♂️

fun fact. chimichurri is a latinización of the words "give me curry". A long time ago English buisness man came and try it, people here didnt speak english so what they heard was chimichurri and it stuck
