You’ll like it as long as you use a thin layer. Don’t try to build it up. It’s honestly the lit up stick in liquid formula but less oily. I wore it yesterday with just concealer and it wore nicely. I didn’t end looking oily.

Would it be ok for women that are 55 and older? Should older women use these kind of shimmers? Wouldn’t it emphasize large pores and wrinkles?

I absolutely think it would work! I think it would look good mixed in with your moisturizer. I wouldn’t recommend to use it as a highlight since it’s slippy. In regards to the shimmers, they are beyond fine and so thin. You really can’t see them and they don’t sit on top of the skin. I say two drops worked into your skin or mixed with your moisturizer or a skin tint.
