    Interesting presentation! I’m new and learning. I have a pilot project that I’m working on set up the same way but I can’t get it to siphon. Does it have to be air tight?

      Yes . It must be an airtight system to work .

    what about the cut outs or notches at the base of the 2" pipe ? how will the water continue

      I don't understand what you mean by the notches at the base of the 2" pipe . Could you be a little more specific ?

      what I meant was do you put any notches at the base of the 2' pipe to allow the water easy access to the stand pipe in the bell

      @@charlespetterson9533 The 2 inch inlet is adequate for water to flow around and into the 3/4 inch standpipe without having to notch anything .
