I developed a nervous system disorder 5 years ago. I used to be very active outside and lost that ability. I found you and adapted your ideas to build aquaponics systems in the mudroom off our garage. My life has been nothing but pain and fatigue since I developed this. You got me through the worst parts of my life. The knowledge and lessons I learned from you helped to distract me from the hell I was going through. You truly saved my life. I'll forever appreciate it. Please leave your aquaponics stuff up so my kids can learn from it as well. They're getting into their teenage years now. God bless and take care.

Your impact is HUGE man like omg. Cant belive I got this notification on my youtube. Its like seeing family lol.
Best of luck to you!! Luck is when Opportunity meets Preparedness. Please leave the channel up because you have done a great job of teaching. No sense in taking away all of the wisdom you have gained.
You’re a wonderful person, and a great intellect, constantly striving for perfection. I’ve been watching you from the beginning, I hope you will share your new projects with us, so we can all continue the very positive relationship we have have with you. Much love
Please don't take your videos down! I use your content as reference material for my research. I like listening to you. Best of luck in your future endeavors.

Thank you so much for the closure video, for you, Brooklyn St Mickell, and all that you've done. May your next adventure be even better than the last. WOOOOOOOO!!!!
Been hoping to hear from you again!!!! Glad to hear you are growing. Keep us posted with the new things in your life because you are an inspiration to many. Thank you for everything you have shared with us. Please leave your aquaponic content available to us all. It is a gift. Thank you again.

I remember, during Covid, binge watching this channel over and over fascinated with the concept of aquaponics. Now its a major hobby I enjoy doing and talking about. This channel changed my life!
I’m so proud of you, you’ve help me out in many ways. Live your life accordingly as you’re being directed too. Congratulations 🎊 on your marriage. Again, I’m so proud of you 👏🏾
Gonna miss you, your videos were good entertaining, smart , world class you motivated me to start my own aquaponics system going to upgrade this next year! Keep growing keep learning I wish you the best of luck and know we will always be here for you too eagerly awaiting the next video love you man!
Did somewhat of a similar journey myself, recognize myself in your story a lot. Now I'm back in school... How know what the "voice" will guide you. You gotta do what you gotta do. Hope too see you around
Never be afraid to step outside the box you are in. Change is always good. Always remember, as one chapter in your life comes to an end another chapter is about to unfold.. The adventure is destined to continue. Good luck with all your chapters in life. Thanks for all your lessons.
Hooooo! That's the first time you've left me teary. It's always hard to say good bye, but this is really hard. What can I say? From all the people I've learned acquaponics from, you inspired the most. I think that any community that has people like you is blessed because this is more than just knowledge, or even dreams. It's a calling, and who knows what the significance of this work will be in the future? Our planet needs to create new ways to grow food and you've been on the cutting edge of that research, sharing your thoughts, experiences, and passion consistently. My dream is to build a truly scalable, commercial organic farm that incorporates, fish, plants, and insects and has an output in the millions of tonnes for both protein and vegetable. When I achieve it, and become a big corporation, one of the reasons why I'll continue to contribute to communities such as this one is people like you freely sharing their knowledge and inspiration who helped so many of us find our calling and grow in it. Words can not say how thankful we are as a community. Thank you, wish you the best - I pray God's blessing over you... Don't you go and be a biscuit headed whatever!
Learning for the sake of learning is never a wasted effort. The hardest thing sometimes can just be learning how to learn. It sounds like you learned a lot of hard lessons, and in sharing them with the world you elevated your efforts from personal discovery to science, and in publishing your hard learned lessons you spare others. As someone who doesn't do aquaponics but found the concept interesting I caught your last couple of videos as you posted them before going dark. I wanted to share a thank you on this for the enlightenment you brought. Best of luck in your future endeavors, giving up a passion project is never easy ✌
Thanks for taking the time to make this update. I ended up getting interested in aquaponics on the way to discovering I have a passion for urban homesteading, permaculture, and agrofroestry. I'm looking forward to your next venture and I hope to be a part of the next community you make moves in and contribute to. Please make a video here to promote your new channel or venture, I'm sure many others feel the same. Best of luck on your journey, Brooklyn!
Though I have been only an intermittent viewer, I am so blessed by this video and your journey! I can relate, as I've experienced a similar journey in my engineering pursuits, and I know well that Voice within, and I empathize...I can stand on Julian of Norwich's assertion, "All will be well!" Abundant blessings, as you step into the "higher level," Sir! 🥰
I'm just another stranger on these comments sections, and yeah sometimes live happened and a man gotta do what a man gotta do. So, I just wanna say thank you for all the videos and dedication that you've have done! And It's good to at least see that you are still okay and keep on going Good luck and God Bless
Thank you for everything! It's been amazing to learn a lot from you. Without a doubt, I know you've been an inspiration to many. Blessings on your new path. Woooo!!
I've been missing you. It's sad to see you go, but I'm so glad to hear that you are doing well. I saw where you were hit by a hurricane and another was on the way when you quit. As for anything technical, there is a simplicity that works, but can always be improved, be it aquaponics, electronics, woodworking and more. Often I find that in spite of a possible improvement, keeping some of the "drudgery" is more efficient. In the case of aquariums, like aquaponics, I find it is kind of like chasing the perpetual motion machine -- getting the perfect biosphere. I've been doing aquariums all my life, since 16YO. Instead of chasing that perfect aquarium, I discovered certain "bisquit head" tricks that give me my ideal aquarium with minimum maintenance. I clean my external filter once or twice a year at most, and that's the extent of my water changes as well. Once every few years, I may clean and replace some of the gravel. A few plants, a few fish and feed once a day and my tank always looks great. But, no really serious aquarists will ever agree with my method. But, it works. I've watched many different aquaponics videos. No other videos compare to the scientific knowledge and expertise you teach! I used to chuckle and call you conceited calling yourself a "god". Now I laugh at the fact I did, LOL... I have not seen anyone in your league! I saw you quickly move from small systems to professional farm sized systems, which is where you left me. I'm just a hobbyist working in a small corner of a room in my home. The trick to the small system, and possibly to the larger one, is keeping the system mechanically clean while keeping a bio balance that feeds both the plants and fish. This is where I find most of the "simple" turn to "complex". This is where I saw your systems grow from simple to complex as well. Automating the clean fish tanks and bacteria balance is easy. Once I introduce plants, it gets dirty, really fast, and keeping the aquarium clean and bacteria/chemicals for plants and fish balanced, is where things get complicated. I find the cleaning process affecting the nitrogen cycle. I would love to have picked your brain for ideas. I really appreciate everything you shared. It has been wonderful learning from you. God Bless and do well.
❤ to you. Thank you for all that you shared with me! Not only did you learn about yourself, you taught many others about aquaponics! Blessings to what comes next for you.
Peace. I know of you from before aquaponics and hold you near and dear. The paths we take lead us to new things. When those forks in the road present themselves, the experiences you had on previous roads lead you to make decisions - whether to failure, or growth. Your steps are guided by the Intrinsic Force that speaks to us - the One that dwells in us and makes intercession through groanings. It is for your sake that this happens. Godspeed.
I used to have a dirt garden. And I always had to hoe weeds, fight insects and water, water water and bend over all the time. When I started doing aquaponics, I stood upright and just picked tomatoes off the vines. It was so easy in comparison. No weeds and no watering with aquaponics. So from that perspective aquaponics is so easy. I think that many people who haven't gardened in dirt, growing aquaponically seems like it's not working efficiently, that it takes too much time and needs more work. I loved your story, you really contributed a lot to the art of aquaponics.
Thank you for sharing your knowledge and time with us. I used to watch your videos all the time, stopped doing aquaponics myself but would still check into the channel to see what you were up to. The things you have taught your community will never be forgotten. Good luck in all your future adventures. May you find good health and fortune in the future!
this was so insightful, deep and valuable self reflection. just found your channel, the school will continue to be a legacy even if you don't run it anymore
I appreciated your aquaponics lessons. A lot of my learning was watching your ups and downs with each process. By watching the complexity grow with your builds it became clear to me, when I chose my set up, it will be much simplier using a man made pond with fish next to my orchard and greenhouse and sharing that way. Thanks for your knowledge in this area.
You are one of the first guys I watched do this and kinda got me into it. Wanted to say thank you for the great info you have shared with me and others. Best of wishes for ya in your future endeavors. Take care buddy
i was waiting for your next upload as i saw that your last videos were 4 years ago.. i finally saw your new upload with this title, and thought that you were just kidding.. it still saddens me to know that you are really leaving the aquaponics community..still, i would like to thank you for all the knowledge that you have shared and i wish all the best to you and your next endeavors.. my only request is for you NOT to delete this channel and the videos that you have uploaded as i will still watch them as reference when i encounter some challenges in my own aquaponics system.. GOD BLESS YOU, BROOKLYN! i'm still positively hoping to seeing you around someday..
Gracias por todas las enseñanzas, nos llegaste a muchos en todo el mundo y esa siembra queda, ya sera tiempo de cosechar! un abrazo desde la patagonia! mucha suerte con lo que te propongas!
Shalom family, will you be posting any videos of different content? In particular, more videos like the ones you once did on who the true Biblical children of Isreal are? I'm sure you get this question a lot from our community. I know it goes w/o saying but don't allow some wicked camps to shake you faith family. It would be great to have you back in that capacity again. APTTMH!
Blessings on this new journey; you have inspired so many people and encouraged peoples to feed themselves through sustainable aquaponics systems. You’re an incredible and diligent person, success will follow you anywhere you go. Thank you for everything you have shared with us and expanding our possibilities. Abundance and peace your way 🙏🏽🤎🪶🌟
Hello sir, kindly don’t remove your content off the UA-cam platform. It is an invaluable knowledge present there. Good luck on whatever you wish to achieve further in life. You are gem of a person. Hope to meet you once in lifetime and thank you in person . Love and regards from me. Country:India, State:Haryana, district: Gurgaon. Thanks a lot sir.
Hey Brooklyn, my man. Good to hear from you. I missed you man. You can't leave us here. I wanted you to come with me to Surinam to help start something great for the community. I wish you and your wife all the best!!!
Great to see you growing as well as your activities! I learned a lot from you and your knowledge sharing. I hope that once I exit the rat race I will be able to forge a path as you have. I'll probably focus on merging a small regenerative farm, with an aquaponics portion to provide some fish for the carnivore diet (leaning towards trout). We need to definitely localize our food supplies and cut down on transport costs for out nutrients. Too much focus has been on calories, and we are paying with our lives... literally (corn is GREAT for caloric density, but absolute shit for nutritional benefits for example, and this is coming from a guy who's college education was funded by corn and soybeans!).
"Going into the unknown" and 12:27 "sometimes you have to give up something of a high value..." I'm picking up what you're putting down. I'm just glad to see you 🤩 I click on this so fast, that I left out of the Shabbat message I was listening to. May Yah keep you in this next phase of your journey. 🙏🏽
Can you share the knowledge you've gleaned from the last few years? Maybe make a vid about your last design and your reasoning about it's features. Could save some folks time and money
I have been enjoying your videos for years and always knew there was something deep there, aside from the great content you've provided. Thank you for your wonderful videos and best of luck in your future endeavors.
Thanks for the vids! Sounds like you just got tired of it eventually. 12 years is a long time. Hell, I change career every 5 years because I get bored. Best of luck with your next adventure.
Watched all your videos. You have a calming voice. You are a great teacher, as real as everyone else. Thank you for your many words of wisdom, and from a small voice on the pacific in Canada 🇨🇦 thanks and God bless you now and in the future. 😢
I definitely understand what you are saying about having to let go of your preconceptions about the future to see the path you were meant to be on. I definitely learned alot from you when I started my journey in agriculture. Though I grow mostly in the dirt these days, the science and engineering I learned from you and others in the community still are part of what my wife and I do today on our small farm. Thank you for the work you put into the channel and all the best to you and your wife.
Woah woah woah! I got interested in aquaponics three years ago and your videos were the best education. I am kust now starting to assemble my system and keep going back to your content for guidance. Thank you sir. Best of luck to you and your future!
This has to be implemented on a massive Industrial scale to be affordable. This is a great video and I applaud your efforts. This video will help many people. Great effort man! I'm glad I found your channel today and your last video. I can't wait to learn from your struggles.
Thanks for saying goodbye, I’ve missed your program. I still go back and review it as a reference source. I pray all works out well for you and believe that as the good book says “all things work together to good to those that love god”. I’ve missed you and will continue to miss that voice and passion you shared with us all. God bless you Vincent.
Woooo. Sorry to see this. Thank you to you and your wife for the light you shed and the wisdom you spread on aquaponics. I’ll keep my class materials close.
Ive always watched you since your first YT channel. I dont have any interest in aquaponics, but you're such a wonderful teacher, I love listening and learning. Much success to you on this life's journey.
Will you be starting a podcast? We all have loved your channel for years and waited for your return. You are a great communicator and so we’d expect you to carry that in your new direction. No?
I found the same things you did. I enjoyed learning with you. My next venture is to make a garden where the fish water flows under the soil. That way the roots can get to the NO3s in the fish water but still get nutrients from the soil. The Aztecs did something similar with great success. I found the problem is the micronutrients and iron are almost impossible to keep in the water.

What kind of Nervous Disorder ? There is a lot you can do to reverse most Nervous Disorder's .

I watch all of your videos and believe I can relate to your journey. Thank you so much for what you have shared ❤️

Thank you, I think you just described how growing food is a spiritual practice, and it's not the only one. Godspeed.
I believe that the TMH had you on a journey, that will help our people on the continent. To you and your family Num. 6:24-26.

Hey Brooklyn, my man.
Good to hear from you.
I missed you man.
You can't leave us here.
I wanted you to come with me to Surinam to help start something great for the community.
I wish you and your wife all the best!!!
Godspeed man, thank you for all the work you shared, we´ll miss you
Great to see you growing as well as your activities!
Powerful message. May success find you on this new path. 🙏🏾
What matters is that you’re happy! Hope you will come with something great. Don’t lose that smile and energy . All the best B
"Going into the unknown" and 12:27 "sometimes you have to give up something of a high value..."
I'm picking up what you're putting down. I'm just glad to see you 🤩 I click on this so fast, that I left out of the Shabbat message I was listening to. May Yah keep you in this next phase of your journey. 🙏🏽
Inspired and learned so much here. Thanks for the impact Aquaponics God ❤️
I don’t even know anything about aqua phonics but your thoughts are golden and apply to life in an enlightened way. Thank you
Bro you need to come back to serving the Lord: your teaching is missed young king
Can you share the knowledge you've gleaned from the last few years? Maybe make a vid about your last design and your reasoning about it's features. Could save some folks time and money
I pray God’s blessings and favor be with you, your wife and family in your next endeavors.
Thank you for your guidance all these years. Hopefully would see your new project in the new you in the channel again.
I'm early in my aquaponics journey, I have watched a lot of your excellent videos. All the best in your new path and thank you !!
You were and are still an inspiration to millions who view your videos. Good luck with health and life
I have been enjoying your videos for years and always knew there was something deep there, aside from the great content you've provided. Thank you for your wonderful videos and best of luck in your future endeavors.
Thanks for the vids! Sounds like you just got tired of it eventually. 12 years is a long time. Hell, I change career every 5 years because I get bored. Best of luck with your next adventure.
Holy shit you're alive ! Awesome to see you back
Best wishes, just keep pushing forward 🙏🏾👍🏽💪🏾
Hopefully you put those videos about the Word back up. Shalom
You inspired me to start aquaponics in Africa.
Woah woah woah! I got interested in aquaponics three years ago and your videos were the best education. I am kust now starting to assemble my system and keep going back to your content for guidance. Thank you sir. Best of luck to you and your future!
Last video?!?! You have helped inspire my channel. Hope things go well for you 😊
Your videos were so helpful at the begining of my journey, good luck to you in all your future endeavours
Thanks for all your videos.
Thanks for the update and the content catalog. Looking forward to whats next.
Thank you for sharing your experience and knowledge with us, you will be missed.
Woooo. Sorry to see this. Thank you to you and your wife for the light you shed and the wisdom you spread on aquaponics. I’ll keep my class materials close.
When you have a good woman by your side supporting your dreams, man that is true blessings 👌
Best of luck. I have a great little backyard aquaponics system after reading your book, and videos. It is simple. It can be simple.
Thank you for sharing your gift with us all. 🙏🏽🙌🏽
It's been awhile since ur last video, thanks for the book, school, videos knowledge and all the best in what ever direction life takes u respect.
Thank you for contributing to the world 🌍
Ive always watched you since your first YT channel.
No?
Change is good. It's really brave to take a decision of this sort.
All the best. I hope to see those 2 years of learning
Shalowam ach. Can I get a link to the other channel where you talk about the word?
Thanks for all the help and information you are providing. Is there any way i can contact you or get your course/book?
🙌🏾😍🙌🏾
I found the same things you did. I enjoyed learning with you. My next venture is to make a garden where the fish water flows under the soil. That way the roots can get to the NO3s in the fish water but still get nutrients from the soil. The Aztecs did something similar with great success. I found the problem is the micronutrients and iron are almost impossible to keep in the water.
Good luck on the next leg of your Path, and know there are many of us out here that walk the same Path as you.
is there a place where I can download plans to build your system?
Sorry man learned a lot good luck in your future sorry to see u go
Could have just made a 1 minute video saying “I’ve listened to the voices in my head and they told me to stop doing aquaponics”
