Scientific Figure Preparation in Adobe Illustrator and Fiji - part 2: Image Data

In this section, we look at tips and tricks to move image data from NIH ImageJ / Fiji into Adobe Illustrator. This includes channel montage, greyscale vs color, adjusting brightness and contrast, cropping, adding a scale bar, and treating multiple images consistently for viewing in a single figure panel using Selection Specify, the ROI manager, and the set contrast tool.
