  • Roti bun pandan yang berintikan krim pandan, salah satu roti legend yang masih menjadi kegemaran ramai. Tekstur roti yang lembut sehingga 3 hari, ditambah dengan rasa lemak santan dan jus daun pandan, rasanya tetap sedap walaupun dimakan begitu sahaja. Sekarang agak susah nak cari roti krim pandan seperti ini, apa kata buat sahaja sendiri di rumah, bolehlah dinikmati bersama seisi keluarga untuk sarapan pagi mahupun minum petang.

    Jumlah Hidangan : 10 keping
    🌹ROTI BUN PANDAN :
    Anggaran 150 ml jus pandan | 1/2 cawan & 1 sudu besar & 2 sudu teh (kisar 3 ke 4 helai daun pandan bersama 160 ml (2/3) cawan air)
    50 gm gula pasir | 1/4 cawan (boleh kurangkan ke 42 gm (3.5 sudu besar) untuk kurangkan manis)
    4 gm yis segera | 1.5 sudu teh (saya pakai Gold Saf Instant)
    45 gm krim santan KARA | 3 sudu besar
    1/4 sudu teh pes pandan
    65 gm tepung gandum | 1/2 cawan
    250 gm tepung roti | 2 cawan
    2 gm pembaik roti | 1/2 sudu teh
    2 gm garam | 1/2 sudu teh
    30 gm mentega lembut / marjerin | 2 sudu besar
    Susu untuk mengoles
    SUHU MEMBAKAR : 180℃ | 350℉ selama 18 ke 20 minit, Guna api atas bawah dan bakar pada tengah. Panaskan ketuhar 10 ke 15 minit.
    🌹KRIM PANDAN :
    125 gm marjerin / Buttercup | 1/2 cawan
    45 gm gula icing | 1/3 cawan (ayak)
    20 gm susu pekat manis | 1 sudu besar
    1/2 sudu teh pes pandan

    Delicious old school pandan bun with creamy and fluffy pandan buttercream filling. The bun which is made of fresh pandan juice and coconut cream can remains soft up to three days. This type of cream bun is hard to find nowadays. So, make your own pandan cream bun to be enjoyed with your whole family for breakfast or tea time.

    🌹PANDAN BUN :
    About 150 ml pandan juice | 1/2 cup & 1 tbsp & 2 tsp (blend 3 to 4 pandan leaves with 160 ml (2/3 cup) of water)
    50 gm sugar | 1/4 cup (can reduce to 42 gm or 3.5 tbsp for less sweet)
    4 gm instant yeast | 1.5 tsp (I used Gold Saf Instant)
    45 gm coconut cream | 3 tbsp
    1/4 tsp pandan paste
    65 gm all purpose flour | 1/2 cup
    250 gm bread flour | 2 cups
    2 gm bread improver | 1/2 tsp
    2 gm salt | 1/2 tsp
    30 gm soft butter/ margarine | 2 tbsp
    Milk for brushing
    BAKING TEMPERATURE : 180℃ | 350℉ for 18 to 20 minutes. Bake using top and bottom heat mode at middle rack. Oven is preheated for 10 to 15 minutes.
    🌹PANDAN BUTTERCREAM :
    125 gm Buttercup/ margarine | 1/2 cup
    45 gm sifted powdered sugar | 1/3 cup
    20 gm sweetened condensed milk | 1 tbsp
    1/2 tsp pandan paste
