David is been here... you're the best. Supporting the local little shops is a great idea. + you were close to Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦, even if you don't show up but we appreciate your visit to an Arab country... 🌹🌹
These ancient cities represent so much history in that part of the world. Can you just imagine living in those times. The buildings are so intricately designed and built. It shows how brilliant the people were and to be able to build everything by hand. Superb craftsmanship. As for the food, simple and easy to eat. David, I think you can make those pizza-like flat breads you had for breakfast. Just get the flat bread and put your toppings on it and stick it in the oven. You make the foods look so delicious just by the way you enjoy it. By the way, try paying that price for the food anywhere in North America and they would laugh their heads off.🙏🕊️🇹🇹🇨🇦

1 or 2 glasses? 😂😂 A bottle of araq vanishes with appetizers when it's bbq night here in Lebanon 😂 We drink alot Enjoyed watching, thanks for sharing Lebanon with the world 🤙
Dearest David, what you had in lunch is Mazza ( starter) but you seems you had enough because of Lebanese Araq.😂😂😂 it's strong and delicious Lebanese beverage. You were high 😂😂😂 but this is David as a natural lovely man
I’m not from Lebanon but I think it’s a bit disrespectful when we always compare non-American food with American foods. In this case, you called it a “pizza sandwich”. Just my opinion, no offense. I enjoy your vids.
I wonder which origin dates back further Manakeesh or Pizza. I'm finding 10th century for both?? Only difference is pizza evolved over time to substituting dough
So we have here 2 guys claiming they went 1st...but hey...lets be 1st to finish watching the video start to end and dont just glory hunt upvotes for your 0 accomplishment. Give some thumbs up and watching time ;) Big up bro! Just finished last episode and new is here :D
Not pizza manakish !!! We are not copying the Italians manakish has been here forever they don't even taste like pizza and we eat them for breakfast !!!!!
David The spicy 🌶 taste as you like It you will not find it in Arab countries. Indian great culture exported the spices to us but they were enough clever to minimize the spices into their recipes to be acceptable to Arab. So all the spicy food you find in Arabian countries is not original. But we do like an original Indian version of spices
Unfortunately, due to numerous political and economic factors, Lebanon's currency has significantly depreciated against the U.S. Dollar in the past two years, rendering it to be in a constant state of fluctuation, much lower than it previously was. Many establishments retain the old exchange rate listed in their P.O.S. systems with hope that it might return back, or possibly, to rip uninformed customers off. There's a little more to it than that, but to answer the question, the actual value of the bill is indeed $13, paid in Lebanese Pounds.

Exactly they don't even taste like pizza and we eat them for breakfast by the way
pizza is not american, but i get your point
@@MrDecapitate by American food I meant food items that are widely popular in America.
There is a saying in Lebanon, the Italians took over the manakeesh from the Phoenicians added tomato sauce and left out the thyme 😂
How many times does he say right in one video about as many times as he gives fist bumps so that's a lot.

only the brainless ones will call every flat bread as pizza, as id pizza is the name of all flat breads.

The idea is that the $ was 1500 now it's 20000 that why
@@aknash4656 the computer still calculate it as if $ was 1500 but $ is 20000lbp that's why everything is so cheaper
