The Longest Run in the Three Valleys - Combe Vallon (HD)

- Today we show you the longest run in the Three Valleys. The Combe Vallon red, goes from the top of Mont Vallon at the top of Méribel in France all the way down to the town centre.
The first part of your video WAS the red Combe Du Vallon run, lots of fun, varied with a decent gradient. The SECOND part was the blue run, called Ours. Flat. Dull. Slow. Nice scenery! So, not at all like Combe Du Vallon. As a snowboarder I avoid “Ours” like the plague!! 😆 Best to jump on the Mûres Rouges chair to avoid the pain of that flat run. Bouvreuil (red OR blue) are lovely runs to try over that side of the valley 👍🏻

100% "Ours" was flat and long as hell...

When you came off Combe you needed to get the chair back up to the bottom of Mont Vallon (Miures Rouges), from there you can connect out via Plain de Mains to a higher blue to get back to Motteret
The red run ends and joins a blue.
The last marker (red 1) is visible on the left at 6:03.
You can see a blue (13) run marker on the left at 6:30 where the red joins the blue.

I snowboarded from top of the Meribel Bergin Saulire to Brides Les Bains - probably 10 times as long as that run.
Someone should tell google! 😂

at the bottom of red "combes du vallon" you should have taken the lift "mures rouges" if you did not wish to ski the blue "ours", before saying it's crap ... and next time you may enjoy the landscape and skiing between the trees in "ours"

If you can get one of the first bubbles up this run its absolutely glorious when piste bashed. Wait until its busy and it becomes very shit very quickly. Blue push path at the end to get to Meribel centre is never fun though.
