iClone 5 + HitFilm 2 : Motion Tracking and Compositing

My first 24 hours with HitFilm. My goal was to work with the tracking technology in order to bring iClone characters into the real world. The grading tools in HitFilm made short work of making the CGI blend into the real world video

Some awesome tracking - did you use Mocha hitfilm for it all? - I really struggled with camera movement

Hey Jason, how were you able to iclone animations into hitfilm. I thought it only imported OBJ.

These days the software is a lot better - and the characters are more realistic.

Needs to adjust the lighting set of the models to have a indirect illumination.

I exported UNCOMPRESSED AVI VIDEO from iClone 5 and imported the video into HitFilm.

LP_MOVIES/TVS Yeah I gotta upgrade HitFilm and do more work with iClone 6. I have a few new animations coming out-- scenes from famous action movies.

cool did you do all this with the 2d tracking mate or did you end up using the 3d one
