I swear by their rosemary mint conditioner. But I stay prayed up cause $13 for 8 ounces with this 20 inches of hair is....pricey. ahhh

Design Essentials is the only Black-owned brand that I absolutely adore! I recommend them to everyone. Their products are pricey but very much worth every penny. The price point is to be taken into consideration when you're buying quality products and theirs are worth every penny.

I've used the conditioner and leave in conditioner for a long time. Love them! I have 4C hair and I really like using the conditioner for detangling and I think the leave in helps my hair retain moisture over time.
Design Essentials Almond & Avocado is 🔥. A church sister gave 2 samples and I’ve been hooked ever since.

The shampoo and detangling conditioner is the TRUTH!!! Tried it for the first time a few weeks ago and it changed my whole life. My hair was detangle-able with just the shampoo alone. It’s holy grail worthy for me.

I never considered buying Design Essentials because of the price and thought it was for the salon. when it came in a Curlbox I was like why they send this not knowing they had a line for natural hair. It’s so bomb. This is one brand that I would repurchase again and I hold on to the products I have now with a Kung Fu grip. I tell family and friends you can use the products over here but not my DE.

The shampoo in this line is soooo good!! I've repurchased it twice and have been using it for over a year. A little bit of product goes such a long way and for a sulfate free shampoo it lathers sooooo well

I have always wanted to use other stuff in this line, but due to pricing of the products I have never bought other items. However, I swear by the styling creme in this line. Its wonderful. It doesn't dry my hair out or make it too hard and the results are to my pleasure everytime. Thank you for the review. I may just purchase other products in this line one day soon.

Thank you for this review! A stylist recommended this brand as she felt my moisture balance was off…but I was skeptical as it didn’t even seem like she knew how to properly handle my hair. So before I went and spent a whole bunch of money I appreciate having the chance to see someone else try it. Might just stick with Mielle. They have a lovely, thick leave-in conditioner

Try the Daily Moisturizing Lotion instead of the Leave In conditioner and then the curl enhancing mousse. The moisturizer is AMAZING!!!!! A little sticky but the look last for days without reapplying.

I love design essential natural line. That’s all I use. My hair is thick, but my strands are fine, so I can’t use heavy products. This is the only line that brings out my curls, gives lasting hydration, and allows my hair to be low maintenance.
Every time I think I have the perfect product, you show me something that I might wanna try. XD
I bought the mini bottle of the mousse when I was on a trip last year and fell in love! I've since bought the big bottle and use it when I want my hair to air dry quickly. I don't have a deep desire for the other products but the mousse is bae!

I love the mousse for twist outs. U dont need anything but a lil cream n the mousse and your twist out is popping ALL THE TIME now for wng, no. It just doesnt give me enough definition
