Balance your hot tub water and check your Phosphates and that will clear up your cloudy water issues. Most of the time it's your bromine/chlorine level.
This video is more for testing the water and not really the outcome. Testing and balancing your water....also cleaning of the filter(s), will always have a better outcome then when you first started.
it all depends on how clean /old your filter is and how often the jets are turned on to filter faster. Normally 12-24 hours. If its a brand new filter, that will speed the filtering up a lot. Make sure to test the phosphates also.
@@VIPPoolsandSpas Thanks. It’s a brand new filter (and a new tub too!). We added some Chlorine today and it’a slightly clearer, but still pretty cloudy. We’ve tried everything now to sort it. May have to resort to replacing the water entirely. Thanks for the reply
@@VIPPoolsandSpas The test strips that came with the Canadian Spa kit. All of the levels were balanced, with just chlorine a little lower than it should be. So we raised that, but the water is still very cloudy. The water has only been in there for 4 days now, and it’s been cloudy since the 2nd day :/

But and the results?? We need to know if that works!

How long after adding chemicals does it take for water to become clear?

@@DC_Cha_Cha_Cha what test kits are you using?

@@DC_Cha_Cha_Cha never add or adjust chemicals by what the strips are showing. ua-cam.com/video/Jxk4m8NQXUw/v-deo.html
You didn’t show the end results?
Sorry about that. Was just showing people what to do to clear it up.
