I've noticed a common technique Thomas would use on vocals... it seems that the delay and reverb were almost always put into a subtle phaser effect. Most of the time, it was an Ensoniq DP/4. If you want to try it out, Dusty Devices has a VST called Phaser-DDL that emulates the effect down to the circuit level, so it's identical. Absolutely no other phaser sounds like it. It's also audible on Benjamin's vocals in Music Sounds Better With You, and as far back as Daftindirekt.
