      I just saw the video, out of the four areas you talked about, which one has the best school system? We are looking to relocate now that we have a baby girl.

      @@newkirk7591 The schools around Kallison Ranch, Cibolo Canyons, and Veramendi are all exemplary rated so you couldn't go wrong with any of those neighborhoods. The 2 school districts in SA with the highest ratings overall through are Northside ISD and North East Side ISD and it's in those areas that the majority of our clients tend to settle.
      This video right here goes into more detail about the areas those school districts cover: ua-cam.com/video/5P7ydA0FlX4/v-deo.html
      When were y'all thinking about moving?

    I just bought a house with Lennar. You are right, you just can’t get a better home for less. It was 1500 sqft for 284K; however, they dropped the price down to 238K with a 5.25 APR and paid for the closing and my lease termination. It’s a great starter house. Give my a few years in it and I’ll have it paid off and looking to stair step it up into these nicer houses.

      It really is, it's one of the top neighborhoods in the New Braunfels area. We've actually helped a few different clients relocating from CA move into that neighborhood. When were you looking at making the move?

    The Veramendi community is one we are keeping our eye on. Cibolo Canyon is also nice.

      @SanAntonioTexasLiving  Рік тому +2

      Both communities are pretty awesome & everyone we've helped buy/build in those areas really love it there. Really just comes down to whether you'd like to be in NB or Far North SA. Couldn't go wrone either way though!

    Hey Greg, I'm thinking about moving by myself to San Antonio sometime in the next 6-12 months. What areas and neighborhoods would you recommend if I'm looking to get an apartment?

    • @SanAntonioTexasLiving
      @SanAntonioTexasLiving  Рік тому +1

      The good news is that many of the suburbs and neighborhoods featured on the channel also have a lot of really nice apartment complexes around them as well. The Far West, North West, and Far North outside Loop 1604 are some of the newer areas that have a nicer amenities with their apartments. I'd check out the Alamo Ranch area, Helotes, La Cantera, or Stone Oak. Inside Loop 1604 along I-10 and Hwy 281 you'll find more places that tend to be closer to the "stuff", but those also tend to be a little older. Just kinda depends on what you're looking for.

      Hm... I've been to Mexico. Thought it was pretty alright. But I guess if you're not into living in a really cool, diverse, multicultural community, then I could see how San Antonio might not be for you.
