I've had a pair of Ditas for quite some time, and, along with Oliver Peoples, they're simply amazing sunglasses. When you put them on for the first time, you remember it.
Dita's are now over $1k. I walked in to a Dita store and offered them $750 for a 1k+ sunglasses. The guy hesitated, but didn't take the offer (yeh, you can actually haggle). Also, be aggressive and ask for steep discount if you buy 2. Dita's are nice, but not worth 1k. My collection (all under $500) are all equally mediocre). But one good thing about designer glasses is that they have warranty, which not many people know. Yeh, at this price, anything goes wrong, I send them in. The same for designer clothes. My $800 Arc Teryx has a lifetime warranty.
I love this style by Dita! But I wish they weren't so expensive since they're not polarized at their price. Even when I choose to filter for polarized lenses on their website, these frames show up in the polarized results. But then when you go to check the details of the lenses, it says they're not polarized which makes no sense
The flight.006 got 1 type which has polarized lenses, the full black version. Maybe that's why it shows up when you're looking for polarized lenses. I bought the full black version and I'm really happy with them :)
Hey great review. I was wondering; what brands do you recommend that have a similar look like this Dita model? I found that Alexander McQueen and Bottega Veneta come pretty close in style. Generally I agree that the price quality of Dita is good. But I like wearing different sunglasses throughout the year, so spending so much money on just one pair makes less sense. Any other brands that come close in style and are more affordable?
Do you plan to review the Persol PO2484S ? They have the half metal/half acetate design. I have been considering them for a while, but would like to see them reviewed to get a better look. It's hard to tell from photos to see what they would look like on face.
I’m a woman but love your Chanel. Anyway one fun question do you feel like Tony Stark when you are wearing them ? Or feel like you have Edith in them even though it’s obvious they won’t have Edith.
Thanks a for watching I certainly appreciate you watching! Even most of the styles are more in the masculine slide. As far as Tony Stark goes I actually have never watched the movies so I definitely don’t feel like him with them on haha
@@ShadeReview yeah I notice your Chanel is more targeted to men but there are many unisex models especially when it comes to Rayban and their two biggest icons the aviators and the wayferer. And well you have to see those movies to feel even cooler in your dita Sunglasses but well the dita flight 006 appears in Infinty War almost at the beginning of the film and they are big part of Spider-Man far from Home. And just one small observation you look better with rectangular sunglasses, they are definitely more your style. Like the Wayferer, this Dita Pair and well every rectangular frame
At 625 dollars, it's a massacre. And inspite of that it's pretty susceptible to scratches. Nevertheless, a good looking pair of shades. I understand it's not for everyone. If I bought it and told my loved ones about it, they'd throw a coconut to my face.
Nice to finally see some Dita! Does this mean you're planning to do more high-end brands? Business doing well? ;) BTW what happened with the giveaway? Are you shipping outside the US? lol
These sunglasses are beautiful. That combination of the silver frame, black gradient lenses and black acetate is awesome. There is only one problem - if you have such a beautiful pair there is no point of owning bland and boring Ray-Bans and Randolphs. You will stand out among people on the street wearing these looking great, but you will look like everyone else who has 20 dollars to buy a fake pair of Ray-Bans wearing the Ray-Ban Aviator or some Randolphs.
@@ShadeReview They are TB 800 12ct gold with dark grey lenses. They look smaller than the Dita flight . The Thom Browne's are very cool, but in the UK they are over £600 which is more than double the price of a pair of Randolph's. I would prefer 2 pairs of Randolph's which in my opinion are as well made

I can get you them for definitely under $600 send us a message on our website ShadeReviewStore.com
At least the frames are titanium, unlike their equally expensive plastic counterparts.
This was the review I was waiting for! Thank you!
Hopefully it was worth the wait thanks for watching Seth!
I actually thought the Marvel prop dept must have made these b/c they are so ugly
Lens scratch easily. Precautions absolutely necessary. Else they are superb!!!
Amazing please more dita reviews!
I would love to but I can’t make them too often they’re super expensive!
I hope you review brands like Barton Perreira. I'm most interested by the Cecil model because it looks like a high end version of Wayfarers.

You can get them from China; polycarbonate lenses, photochromatic, and polarized for $20 dollars
@@arendmartijn5306 can u show us a picture ?
is it just me or the Randolph Fusion looks 90 percent the same ?
Can you review the Flight.008?

They have a retro late 70's/early 80's look.
Definitely!
What is the weight? Thanks for your reviews!

I love these so much just wish the price was closer to $500..
I want a replica of these for $50 or less 😂😂
If you can just put 50 dollars a week aside for a month like you never made it... That'll make up the difference. Or 100 dollars a week for two weeks
You should always provide frame width for every sunglasses you review!!
@shadereview. Dita Grandmaster 7 review would be nice ,also Akoni Hercules model.
What’s your pupillary distance

Hahahha!
Not only would you then have the scratches, but brown hairs stuck in the hinges and a milk moustache to explain
@@dannycalifornia1300 Your attention to details is mind boggling .
I bought a similar pair from Rag and Bone; titanium and acetate for $40 dollars on sale.... $600 really is an overkill.
@@curlyhairdudeify yeah these are basically scams.
Please do review on Spacecraft and Mach-S
Are the lenses plastic or glass?
Plastic

I did the live stream on Monday!
And unfortunately I’m not going to be doing to many videos like this I loose hundreds every time haha
Please review Tomford Connor in blue colour
I don't know if I found the replicas, or the actual frames from China from a Chinese optician selling for $30 dollars with the same markings.
Can you share info?
I hope you review german brands like ic!berlin, mykita or Haffmans& Neumeister :)
Can i put perscription glasses on this Monture?
Yes you can

Absolutely
Please review designer brands such as Prada , Hugo boss, Tom ford, Giorgio armani, Burberry….
Almost all those are just cookie cutter luxittica brands.. I try and stay away from
got my hands on one for 460 dollars
Where?
FARFETCH@@Safa__54524
I prefer my titanium Masunagas 😎
What frames do you have!?
I think the Marvel effect likely adds $100/$150 to the retail price. Very nice, but I’ll stick to my OP Clifton’s!
Can’t beat the Clifton’s 😎😍
Very similar to my brother's Thom Browne shades. I think they are made by Dita
What model number?
